Özet
Sebze rezene sinir sistemi, görme, solunum ve hazım problemlerine karşı tedavi amaçlı kullanılması gibi faydaları olan bir sebzedir. Bu çalışma, Tekirdağ iline sebze rezeneyi tanıtmak ve alternatif ürün arayışı içindeki üreticiler için yeni olanaklar ortaya koymak amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada; “De Florence”, “Orion”, “Zefa-Fino”, “Selma” çeşitleri ve 1. dikim zamanı (06.09.2010), 2. dikim zamanı (15.09.2010), 3. dikim zamanı (30.09.2010) ve 4. dikim zamanı (20.10.2010) olmak üzere 4 farklı dikim zamanı dikkate alınarak yetiştirilen bitkilerde çıkış oranı, çıkışın zamana göre dağılımı, toplam bitki ağırlığı, kök ağırlığı, satılabilir bitki ağırlığı, yaprak ağırlığı, yaprak sayısı, yumrunun eni, boyu, kalınlığı, yumru sertliği, suda çözünür kuru madde oranı, hasada geliş süresi belirlenerek çeşitlere göre farklı dikim zamanların bitki gelişmesi ve verime etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Faktöriyel tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, 1. dikim zamanında yetiştirilen bitkilerde satılabilir bitki ağırlığı 258.65 g, toplam bitki ağırlığı 492.76 g, yaprak ağırlığı 214.30 g, yumru sertliği 10.81 kg/cm2, yumru eni 89.43 mm, yumru boyu 87.62 mm, yumru kalınlığı 55.37 mm; çeşitler arasında ise “ De Florence” çeşidinde kök ağırlığı 46.95 g, yaprak ağırlığı 142.56 g, yumru boyu 78.66 mm, satılabilir bitki ağırlığı 153.13 g tespit edilerek bitki gelişmesinin ve veriminin I. dikim zamanında daha iyi olduğu ve çeşitler içerisinde ise “De Florence” ve “Orion” çeşitlerinin diğer çeşitlere göre daha verimli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Tekirdağ koşullarında sonbahar döneminde yetiştirilen sebze rezene için en uygun zamanın I. dikim zamanı, en iyi çeşitlerin de “De Florence”, “Orion” olduğu ve birçok faydası olan sebze rezenenin Tekirdağ koşullarında rahatlıkla yetiştirilebileceği saptanmıştır.
The vegetable fennel is usefull for nerveous system, eye sight, breading and digestion problems. This work was made in Tekirdağ to introduce the vegetable fennel and gave the growers an idea about on alternative crop. In this reseach, the cultivars: “De Florence”, “Orion”, “Zefa-Fino”, “Selma” and four planting times: 1st (06.09.2010), 2nd (15.09.2010), 3rd (30.09.2010) and 4th (20.10.2010) were used and emergence percentage, the distribution of output over time, total plant weight, root weight, marketable plant weight, leaf weight, leaf number, width, length and thickness of the tuber, tuber hardness, water soluble dry matter, time to harvesting were checked to find out the effect of different cultivars and planting times on the growth and yield of plants. Carried out in factorial randomized block design with three replications. In this research, as the plants grown in first planting time had 258.65 g marketable plant weight, 492.76 g total plant weight, 214.30 g leaf weight, 10.81 kg/cm2 tuber hardness, 89.43 mm tuber width, 87.62 mm tuber length, 55.37 mm tuber thickness; between cultivars: “De Florence” gave 46.95 g root weight, 142.56 g leaf weight, 78.66 mm tuber length, marketable plant weight 153.13 g it was determined that first planting time and cultivars “De Florence” and “Orion” gave better results than the other planting times and cultivars. As a conclusion, it was found that first planting time and cultivars “De Florence”, “Orion” gave the best results and the vegetable fennel which has so much usefullness can be grown easily under Tekirdağ conditions.
