| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde yazılımın kullanılmadığı herhangi bir sektör yok denecek kadar azdır. Bankalardan tutun ufak ölçekli firmalarda bile yazılımdan destek alınmaktadır. Bu kadar yaygın olan ve hemen her sektörde kullanılan yazılımın ekonomiye katkısı da yadsınamayacak derecededir. Bu bağlamda çalışmamın iki önemli amacı bulunmaktadır. Birincisi Yazılım’ın önemi, ikincisi ise yazılımın ekonomik açıdan ülkelere katkısının neler olduğunun gözlemlenmesidir. | |
