Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı denim konfeksiyon işletmelerinde, her kumaşın kendine ait özelliklerine göre hata puanlarının alt ve üst limitlerini kontrol kartları yardımıyla belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda kumaş tipine bağlı olarak farklı denim kumaşları kontrol kartı yardımıyla incelenip, üst kontrol limitleri belirlenmiştir. 3 yıllık bir veri kaydının incelendiği bu çalışmadaki diğer bir amaç, hata puanlarının bitmiş ürüne etkisinin olup olmadığını incelemektir. Uygulamanın gerçekleştirildiği işletme verileri ışığında söz konusu etkinin olmadığı istatiksel olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bunların dışında kumaş hatalarının üst kontrol limitlerine ait veriler kullanılarak, işletmede uygulama kolaylığı sağlamak ve kumaş tiplerini gruplandırmak amacıyla kümeleme analizi uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to determine the lower and upper limits of fabric defect scores according to the characteristics of each fabric in denim apparel enterprises with the help of control charts. For this purpose, depending on the fabric type, different denim fabrics were examined with the help of control chart and upper control limits were determined. Another purpose of this study, which examines a 3-year data record, is to examine whether the fabric defect scores have an effect on the finished product. It has been statistically determined that there is no such effect in the light of the data of the enterprise where the application was carried out. Apart from these, a cluster analysis application was carried out in order to provide ease of application in the enterprise and to group fabric types by using the data of the upper control limits of fabric defects.
