| dc.description.abstract | Tekstil ürünlerinin hazırlık, üretim ve özellikle terbiye ve renklendirme işlemlerindeki global hedefler, yalnızca istenilen kalitede, düzgün ve ekonomik ürün elde etmek değil, bu süreçleri daha az enerji, su, boyarmadde ve yardımcı kimyasal kullanarak elde etmek olmuştur. Uluslararası gündemde Zero Discharge- Sıfır Salınım adı ile Tekstil sektöründe sıfır zararlı kimyasal kullanımı ve salınımı konuları standart bir uygulama olmuştur. Bu öncelikler hem yasa ve yönetmelikler hem de uluslararası markaların taahhüt ve beklentileri doğrultusunda düzenlenerek tekstil üretimi yapan tüm firmalar için güçlü yaptırımlar içeren taleplere dönüşmek üzeredir. Diğer taraftan, sürdürülebilir üretim sistemleri ve temiz üretim programları gibi strateji ve araçların, endüstriyel firmaların çevresel performanslarını arttırmakla kalmayıp aynı zamanda ekonomik performanslarını, kurumsal prestijlerini, sosyo-ekonomik etkilerini de büyük ölçüde geliştirip rekabet gücünü artırdıkları bilinmektedir. Bir kimyasal envanteri oluşturulması sayesinde; kimyasal ve tedarikçi bilgileri ve güvenlik bilgi formlarında verilen bilgiler doğrultusunda zararlı kimyasalların kullanımı, çalışma ortamı tehlikelerinin önlenmesi, üretimdeki kimyasalların kontrolü ve atık su yükü limit aşmalarının önlenmesi gibi faydalar sağlanır. Literatürde bu alanda yapılmış çalışmaların yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür. Kimyasal envanterini bir veri tabanı ile entegre etmek, tekstil işletmelerinde kontrollü üretim ve yönetim sistemi geliştirilmesinde katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada tekstil işletmelerinin yeşil üretime katkı sağlaması amacıyla kimyasal yönetim sistemi araştırılmıştır. Kimyasal yönetim sistemiyle; kimyasal envanterinin hazırlanması, bir kimyasalın araştırılması, güvenlik bilgi formlarının incelenerek tehlike, zarar ve risklerinin belirlenmesinde yol gösterici olmak ve ulusal, uluslararası ve markaların standartlar hakkında rehberlik etmesi hedeflenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The global goals in the preparation, production and particularly finishing and coloring processes of textile products are not only limited to obtain the desired quality with uniform and economical product, but also to achieve these successive processes using less energy, water, dyestuffs and auxiliary chemicals. Currently, Zero Discharge- Zero Emission has become a standard practice in the textile sector. The use and release of any harmful chemicals are strictly surveyed by the Zero Discharge regulation on the international agenda. These priorities are about to turn into demands that contain strong sanctions for all companies engaged in textile production, regulated in accordance with both laws and regulations and the commitments and expectations of international brands. On the other hand, programs such as sustainable production, cleaner production strategies and tools to increase business performance as well as the environmental performance of industrial firms are believed to have positive impacts on institutional prestige and socio-economic structure leading to an increase in competitiveness and commercial progress. By introducing a chemical inventory supported by a chemical management system, benefits such as avoiding of harmful chemicals, prevention of occupational and environmental hazards, controlling chemicals in production and reduction in waste water quantity and pollution level exceeding the limits are very likely to realize in accordance with the chemical and supplier information and the information provided in the safety data sheets. Despite of its critical importance, studies conducted in this field in the literature appear to be limited. Integration of a chemical inventory including an upto date database should contribute to the maintenances of a better controlled production and management system in textile enterprises. In this study, chemical management system is investigated in order to contribute to green production of textile enterprises. By implementing a chemical management system; It is aimed to establish a chemical inventory, to identify correctly and be cautious of chemical substance and preparations. It is also hoped that such system would assist to comply with the national, and international standards and also restrictions of leading fashion brands and companies. | |
