Özet
İktisat bilimi ülkelerin ekonomik gelişme ve sosyal kalkınma düzeylerini konu alan bir bilimdir. Dolayısıyla Türkiye'nin sosyoekonomik yapısına bakıldığında, günümüzde diğer ülkelerde de olduğu gibi istihdam ve işsizlik sorunlarıyla karşılaşılmaktadır. Bu sorunlar son yıllarda artış göstermekle birlikte ciddi anlamda çözüme kavuşturulması gereken ve özellikle işsiz gençler bağlamında oldukça önem teşkil eden bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada çeşitli iş alanları, işçi-işveren tarafı ve halkın içindeki iş bulamayan bireyler ve özellikle işsiz genç kesim çeşitli veriler ile rapor edilecektir. İşsizlik sorunu tüm boyutlarıyla ele alınarak istihdamın Türkiye'deki güncel durumu ve Tekirdağ ili örneği incelenecektir. İşsizlik, özellikle Türkiye'de toplumun kanayan yarası durumundadır. Türkiye'nin gündemindeki varlığını devam ettirmekte olan işsizlik sorununun bu tez ile Türkiye'deki son durumuna ve bu soruna karşı alınan önlem ve uygulanan politikalara değinilecektir.
Economics is a science that deals with the economic and social development levels of countries. Thus, when viewed Turkey's socioeconomic structure, it is today faced with the problem of employment and unemployment, as well as in other countries. Although these problems have increased in recent years, it has become an issue that needs to be solved seriously and is very important especially in the context of unemployed youth. In this study, various business areas, the employee-employer side, individuals who cannot find a job in the public and especially the unemployed youth will be reported with various data. The current status of the problem of unemployment and employment Tekirdag province in Turkey by taking samples will be analyzed in all its dimensions.
