| dc.description.abstract | Dünya genelinde bir sorun olan genç işsizlik olgusu ekonomik ve sosyal sonuçlarıyla özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerin en önemli sorunlarından bir tanesidir. Genç bir nüfusa sahip ve gelişmekte olan Türkiye’de de genç işsizlik giderek artan bir sorun haline gelmektedir. Gereken istihdam politikalarının etkin bir şekilde uygulama alanı bulamadığı ve yeterince istihdam olanağı yaratılamadığı sürece, ülkelerin kalkınmasının önündeki engel olan genç işsizliği artmaya devam edecektir. Bu tezde, işsizlik, genç işsizliği, istihdam kavramları ele alınmış ve 2000 yılı sonrasında Türkiye’nin İstihdam politikalarının genç işsizliğe etkilerine yer verilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Young unemployment issue which is a worldwide problem is particularly one of the crucial matters of the developing countries with its economic and social consequences. It also becomes an increasingly problematic issue in Turkey which has young population and is also a developing country. Unless necessary employment policies are effectively implemented and adequate employment opportunities are created, young unemployment which has been an obstacle to progress of countries will continue to increase. In this thesis, unemployment, young unemployment, and employment concepts has been discussed and the effects of Turkey's employment policies after 2000 to young employment has been examined. | |
