Özet
Bu araştırmayla, Namık Kemal Üniversitesi’nde bünyesindeki Ayşe Menger Kız Öğrenci Yurdu’nda kalan öğrencilerin yurttan memnuniyetlerinin değerlendirilmesi ve bu sayede yurtta verilen hizmet kalitesinin arttırılmasıdır. Araştırma, Ayşe Menger Kız Öğrenci Yurdunda kalan öğrencilerin tümü üzerinde yapılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde araştırma sürecinde geliştirilen “Yurt Öğrencileri Beklenti ve Memnuniyet Anketi” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın temel katkısı makalede detaylı bir şekilde tartışılan özgün değerlendirme yöntemi ve ekte sunulan tam araştırma ölçeğidir. Araştırma sürecinde geliştirilen “Öğrenci Beklenti ve Memnuniyet Anketi” diğer benzeri çalışmalara veya projelere örnek olacak niteliktedir.
In this study, the assessment of satisfactions and expectations of students residing Namık Kemal University, Ayşe Menger Girl’s Dormitory has been performed to enhance service levels at the facility. All residents of the Ayşe Menger Girl’s Dormitory has participated the study. In the process of assessment of the satisfaction levels and expectations of the dormitory residents, the original survey instrument that was developed by the authors has been employed. The main contribution of this study is the evaluation process discussed in the article in detail and fully presented survey instrument as an attachment. “Student Expectations and Satisfaction Survey” developed during the study period could be a good example for other similar studies or projects
