| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde artan nüfusun beslenme ihtiyacı üretimin arttırılması ve birim alandan daha fazla ürün elde edilmesi ile karşılanabilir. Ancak verimin ve üretimin arttırılmasının yanında elde edilen ürünlerin uygun şekilde değerlendirilmesi ve tüketime sunuluncaya kadar depolanması da en az üretim kadar önemli bir konudur. Depolamadaki amaç, ürünün özelliklerini ve tazeliğini tüketilinceye kadar korumaktır. Ancak uygun koşullar sağlanmadan yapılan depolamalar büyük kantitatif ve kalitatif kayıplara neden olmaktadır. Bu kayıpların azaltılması uygun depolama koşullarının sağlanması ve depo yönetimiyle mümkündür. Bu çalışmada Toprak Mahsulleri Ofisi Hayrabolu Şube Müdürlüğü Bölgesinde önemli bir üretim payına sahip olan buğdayın depolanmasında MAYDÜ kullanımının depolama koşulları ve ürün kalitesi üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays increasing agricultural production is based on obtaining further product from the unit area. But the addition of increasing agricultural production and consumption of products derived from the evaluation are submitted in accordance with the storage is also important. Aim of storage is to preserve properties of products and their freshness. If suitable storage conditions aren’t supplied, according to product variety, quality and quantity losses increase. Decreasing these losses are possible with providing suitable storage conditions and storage management. In this study, the Turkish Grain Boards' Hayrabolu region has a significant share of production of wheat used the storage of Open Temporary Store, storage conditions and tried to determine the effects on losses during storage. | |
