Elde edilen bulgulara göre ayva bahçelerinden alınan yaprak örneklerinde Azot (N) %9 noksan, %91 yeterli; Fosfor (P) %100 yeterli; Potasyum (K) %6 noksan, %85 yeterli, %9 yüksek; Kalsiyum (Ca) %18 yeterli, %82 yüksek; Magnezyum (Mg) %69 yeterli, %31 yüksek; Demir (Fe) %97 yeterli, %3 yüksek; Mangan (Mn) %23 noksan, %74 yeterli, %3 yüksek; Çinko (Zn) %50 noksan, %47 yeterli, %3 yüksek; Bakır (Cu) %100 yüksek olarak bitki besin elementi düzeyleri saptanmıştır. Araştırma sonucu tespit edilen bitki besin elementi miktarlarının korelasyon analizi istatistiki açıdan [(P?0,05), (P?0,01)] önemli bulunmuştur.
This research was carried out in Geyve district of Sakarya province to determine the nutritional status of quince gardens in the villages where Esme variety quince (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) was grown by leaf analysis. N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn concentrations were detected in the leaf samples taken representatively 8-12 weeks after the full flowering period from 34 quince gardens in 13 villages where the Eşme variety was cultivated intensively. Since there are no limit values determined for the evaluation of quince-related herbal analysis results in the literature, the results of the analysis obtained by using the plant nutrient element limit values determined for pear (Pyrus communis) and apple (Malus domestica) of the same family were evaluated. Another reason for this is the use of quince rootstock to obtain stunted pear plants, and reference values in the literature determined for the pear tree were used to determine the amounts of nutrients and nutritional status of the gardens examined at the time of sampling. According to the findings, nitrogen (N) is deficient 9% and 91% is sufficient in leaf samples taken from quince gardens; Phosphorus (P) is 100% sufficient; Potassium (K) is 6% deficient, 85% sufficient, 9% high; Calcium (Ca) is 18% sufficient, 82% high; Magnesium (Mg) is 69% sufficient, 31% high; Iron (Fe) is 97% sufficient, 3% high; Manganese (Mn) is 23% deficient, 74% sufficient, 3% high; Zinc (Zn) is 50% deficient, 47% sufficient, 3% high; Plant nutrient levels were determined as 100% high in copper (Cu). The correlation analysis of the amount of plant nutrients determined as a result of the research was found statistically significant [(P?0,05), (P?0,01)].
