Özet
Günümüzde teknolojideki hızlı gelis?meler, rekabetin artması çalıs?anların is? güvenliğine ve sağlığına yönelik tehlikeleri arttırmıs?tır. Bundan dolayı is? yerlerinde olus?abilecek tehlikelerden çalıs?anları korumak ve üretim devamlılığını sağlamak için is? sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramı büyük önem kazanmıs?tır. İs?yerlerinde çalıs?anların is? sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda sistemli ve planlı çalıs?malar yapılması gerekmektedir. Mevcut is? kanunu ve bu kanunları destekleyen yönetmelikler irdelendiğinde is?letmelerin bir is? sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sistemine ihtiyaçları bulunmaktadır. İs?yerlerinde yapılacak planlı çals?maların en bas?ında yapılması gereken mevcut tehlikelerin belirlenerek olus?turdukları risklerin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Belirlenecek risklerin kontrol altına alınması ile çalıs?anların is? sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sağlanmasında önemli bir adım atılmıs? olacaktır. 6331 sayılı İs? Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanununda is?letmelerin risk analizi yapmaları zorunlu hale getirilmis? ve yayınlanmıs? olan yönetmelik ile risk analizlerinin nasıl ve ne s?ekilde yapılması gerektiği tanımlanmıs?tır. Bu tezde, tekstil alanında baskı, boya ve apre faaliyeti gösteren bir tesisteki risk analizi uygulamalarının mevcut durumu ve alınması gereken önlemlerin değerlendirilmesi ele alınmıs?tır
Today, the fast improvements in technology and competition have increased the dangers towards occupational safety and health of the employees. Therefore occupational health and safety concept has become critically important to protect the employees from the dangers that may occur at the work places and to make sure of the production continuity. It is necessary for the employees at the work places to perform systematic and planned studies on occupational health and safety. When the existing Labour Law and regulations that support these laws are examined the businesses need an occupational health and safety system. The first of the planned works to do at the work places is to identify the existing dangers and identify the risks they create. An important step towards providing occupational health and safety for the employees will be taken by taking the identified risks under control. Occupational Health and Safety Law no 6331 has made it mandatory for businesses to perform a risk analysis and how and according to which measure the risk analysis should be made are defined in the regulations that are issued. Risk analysis applications and taking the necessary precautions in printing, dyeing and finishing factory in textile area are discussed in this thesis.
