| dc.description.abstract | Paketlemenin birinci işlevi, raf ömrü süresince, paket içeriğini taze, temiz ve güvende tutmaktır. Bu yüzden ülkemizde makine sektörününde gelişmesiyle, paketleme hattı; malzeme teknolojisi ve üretim mühendisliğinin bir uygulamasıdır ve her iki disiplindeki gelişmeler, ambalajdaki yeniliklere katkıda bulunmaktadır.Artık tüketicinin marka sahibine ve tüketiciye ürünün bütünlüğü konusunda güvence vermesi için kolay kurcalanmaya açık cihazları açmasını kolaylaştırmak için yırtma şeritli veya lazer kesimli esnek sargıları ve poşetleri görmek artık çok olağan bir hale gelmektedir. Komple paketleme hatları artık şişelerin reçineden kalıplandığı, doldurulduğu, mühürlendiği, etiketlendiği, kartonlandığı ve yüksek düzeyde otomatik kontrol ve denetimle paletlendiği yerlerde çalışmaktadır. Bu tür gelişmeler, çok çeşitli paketleme makinelerine olan ihtiyacı doğurmaktadır. Bu, hepsini ayrıntılı olarak açıklamanın mümkün olmadığı anlamına gelmektedir. Ülkemizde de onlarca makineci paketleme sektörünün makine üretim ayağını oluşturarak, ülke değerlerine maddi manevi katkılar sağlamaktadır. Yatay Paketleme makinelerinde de yaşanan en büyük sorunlardan bir tanesi, çene ısıtıcı kısmında yaşanan sıcaklık stabilasyonunun sağlanamamasından dolayı ambalajların sağlıklı bir şekilde yapılamamasını ortaya koymaktedır. Bu tezde Yatay Paketleme makinelerinde endüstriyel kontrol sistemleri ve ekipmanları kullanılarak hızlı devreye alımlar sağlannmakatadır.Çok daha fazla hurda malzemenin oluşmasının önüne geçmek hemde sürdürülebilir kaliteli üretimin devamlılığı hedeflenmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The primary function of packaging is to keep the contents of the package fresh, clean and safe during its shelf life. Therefore, with the development of the machinery sector in our country, the packaging line; It is an application of materials technology and production engineering, and developments in both disciplines have contributed to innovation in packaging. It is now normal to see flexible wraps and pouches with tear strips or laser cut to make it easy for the consumer to open tamper-evident devices to reassure the brand owner and the consumer of the integrity of the Product. Complete packaging lines now operate where bottles are moulded from resin, filled, sealed, labelled, cartoned and palletized with a high level of automatic control and inspection. Such developments have created the need for a wide variety of packaging machines. This means that it is not possible to describe them all in detail. In our country, dozens of mechanics create the machine production leg of the packaging sector, and provide material and moral contributions to the values of the country. One of the biggest problems experienced in Horizontal Packaging machines is that the packaging cannot be made healthly due to the lack of temperature stabilization in the chin heater part. In this thesis, it is aimed both to prevent the formation of much more scrap material and to maintain continuity quality production by ensuring rapid commissioning by using industrial control systems and equipment in Horizontal Packaging machines. | |
