Chlorantraniliprole ve Thiamethoxam Etken Maddelerinin Karışımının Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) Yumurtalarına Etkisi

Özet
Besin değeri oldukça yüksek olan elma (Malus communis L.) ülkemizde uzun yıllardan beri yetiştiriciliği yapılan Rosaceae familyasından yumuşak çekirdekli bir meyve türüdür. Dünya elma üretimi, son yıllarda 76 milyon tona yaklaşmıştır. Elma yetiştiriciliğinde, diğer kültür bitkilerinde olduğu gibi birçok hastalık ve zararlı ile mücadele edilmektedir. Elma içkurdu Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) başta elma olmak üzere armut, ayva ve ceviz ağaçlarının en önemli zararlılarındandır. Bu çalışmada elma içkurdu zararlısının yumurta döneminde uygulanan 200 g/kg Chlorantraniliprole + 200 g/kg Thiamethoxam etken maddelerin karışımından oluşan kimyasal preparatın biyolojik etkinliğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda kimyasal preparatın 12.5 g/100 l su dozu ile 15 g/100 l su dozunun etkinliği, 10 g/100 l su dozuna göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Bu iki doz, istatiksel olarak karşılaştırma ilacı olan 200 g/l Chlorantraniliprole etken maddeli Coragen® 20 SC ilacının 12.5 g/100 l su dozu ile aynı grupta yer almıştır. Deneme sonucunda kimyasal preparatın 12.5 g/100 l su ve 15 g/100 l su olan iki dozun da aynı sınıfta yer almasından dolayı, bu iki dozdan düşük doz olan 12.5 g/100 l su doz miktarının kullanılmasının doğru olacağı tespit edilmiştir.
Apple (Malus communis L.) with high nutritional value is a kind of pome fruits in Rosaceae family cultivated for many years in Turkey. In recent years, world’s apple production has approached to 76 million tons. In apple production, as it is in production of other cultivated plants, struggled against variety of diseases and pests. Codling moth (Cydia pomonella L.) (Lepidoptera:Tortricidae) is the principal pest of especially apple tree and pear, quince and walnut trees. In this study, it is aimed to determine the biological efficiency of the chemical preparation which consists of the mixture of these active ingredients : 200 g/kg Chlorantraniliprole + 200 g/kg Thiamethoxam which have been applied during codling moth’s egg period. As a result of this study, the efficiency of 12.5 g/100 l water dose and 15 g/100 l water dose of the chemical preparation was found at higher than that of 10 g/100 l water dose. These two doses were statistically in the same group with the 12.5 g /100 l water dose of comparison insecticide, Coragen® 20 SC with 200 g/l Chlorantraniliprole active ingredient. As a result of the experiment, it was determined that it would be proper to use 12.5 g/100 l water dose amount which is the least water dose of other two doses because of chemical preparation’s 12.5 g/100 l water dose and 15 g/100 l water dose being in the same class.
