dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada ”plan ve tasarım yaklaşımlarında özgün ve yerel değerlerini koruyabilen sürdürülebilir bir yaşam ortamı oluşturmak önemli bir gerekliliktir" hipotezi çerçevesinde Tekirdağ/Çorlu İlçesi özelinde yeni yerleşime açılması öngörülen Türkgücü Mahallesi örneğinde peyzaj tasarım kararlarının geliştirilmesi öngörülmüştür. Bu amaçla; sanayi kenti imajı ile ön plana çıkmış bir İlçenin henüz yapılaşmaya açılmamış bir alanın; parsel, açık alan, sokak ve yapı ölçeğine kadar inen bir yaklaşımla, çevresel açıdan sürdürülebilir, toplumsal açıdan yaşanılabilir, kültürel açıdan özgün bir şekilde tasarlanması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma yöntemi, literatür verilerinin incelenmesi, arazi gözlemleri, analiz ve değerlendirmeleri ile peyzaj tasarım projelerini içermektedir. Yöntem süreci dahilinde, mahalle ölçeğinde; eğim, bakı, yükseklik, kentsel donatı alanları, yeşil alanlar ve ulaşım durumuna ilişkin haritalar oluşturulmuştur. İlgili haritalardan yararlanılarak, parsel- açık-yeşil alan-yol ve bina ölçeğinde stratejiler geliştirilerek, stratejilere yönelik AutoCAD, Photoshop ve Lumion programlarının kullanıldığı çok sayıda 3 boyutlu proje örneklerini içeren tasarım kararları geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları "Griden Yeşile Dönüşüm’’ konsepti çerçevesinde, sürdürülebilir kentlerin gelişimi için mahalle kurgusu özelinde mikro ölçekte bir örnek oluşturacaktır
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is envisaged to develop landscape design decisions in the example of Türkgücü District, which is expected to be opened for a new settlement in Tekirdağ / Çorlu District, within the framework of the hypothesis that "it is an important requirement to create a sustainable living environment that can preserve its original and local values in planning and design approaches". For this purpose, it is aimed to design an area that has not yet been opened for construction in a district that has come to the forefront with its industrial city image with an approach that goes down to parcel, open space, street and building scale in an environmentally sustainable, socially livable and culturally original way. The study method includes examining the literature data, field observations, analysis and evaluations, and landscape design projects. Maps regarding slope, aspect, elevation, urban reinforcement areas, green areas and transportation status were created at the neighborhood scale within the method process. Strategies were developed at the scale of parcels, open-green areas, roads and buildings, and design decisions were developed including many 3D project examples using AutoCAD, Photoshop and Lumion programs for strategies by utilizing the relevant maps. The results of the study will set a micro-scale example for the development of sustainable cities, in particular the neighborhood setting within the framework of the concept of "Transformation from Gray to Green".
