Özet
Bu çalışmada temel olarak tekstüre iplik üretiminde kritik aşama olan POY üretimi dikkate alınarak üretim parametrelerinin kaliteye etkisi incelenmiş, üretim parametreleri optimize edilerek hedeflenen incelikte poliamid 6 POY ve tekstüre iplikler üretilmiştir. Çalışmada mikroliflere yakın incelikte filamentlerden oluşan iplik üretimi amaçlanmış olup, 98 dtex f68 (88 denye 68 filament) POY ve 78 dtex f68 (70denye 68 filament) tekstüre iplik üretimleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda POY üretim aşamasında polimer cipslerin relatif viskozitesi, düze paket konfigürasyonu, üretim hızı, filamentlerin birleşme mesafesi ve soğutma (quench) hava hızının; üretim performansı ve mukavemet ve % kopma uzama özelliği, düzgünsüzlük ve iplik hataları gibi iplik özelliklerine etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen filament ipliklerin özellikleri ayrıca konvansiyonel incelikteki multifilament iplik 98 dtex f24 (88 denye 24 filament) özellikleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır.
In this work, mainly POY processing stage and effect of spinning parameters on quality has been investigated as this is the critical step in texturized yarn production. Then production parameters were optimized so that aimed polyamide 6 POY and textured yarns were produced. As production of polyamide 6 texturized yarns including filament fineness close to the microfiber range is aimed in this work, 98 dtex f68 (88 denier 68 filament) POY and 78 dtex f68 (70 denier 68 filament) texturised yarn was produced. In this respect, effect of relative viscosity of polymer granules, configuration of spinneret pack, production speed, collecting distance of filaments under spinneret and quench air speed on spinning performance and yarn properties, such as yarn tenacity and breaking elongation, yarn irregularity and yarn imperfections, was analyzed. Filament yarn properties obtained in this work are also compared with conventional multifilament yarns of 98 dtex f24 (88 denier 24 filament).
