Abstract
Kas iskelet sistemi sendromları neoplastik hastalıklarla ilişkili olabilir. Bu yazıda, kliniğimizde sakroiliit tanısı alan ve takiplerde Hodgkin lenfoma tanısı koyduğumuz olguyu tanımladık. Sakroiliit tanısı manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ile de doğrulansa dahi sakroiliitle ilişkili olabilecek malignite tanısı gecikebilir ve bu durum klinik bir karışıklığa yol açabilir. Amacımız literatürü gözden geçirerek, malignite varlığında sakroiliak eklem tutulumun olası mekanizmasını tartışmaktır.
