Üç Boyutlu Ekokardiyografide Triküspit Kapak Stenozu ile Başvuran Dev Sağ Atriyal Mixoma

Üç boyutlu ekokardiyografide triküspit kapak stenozu nedeni olan bir mixoma vakası raporlandı. Bayılma, tromboemboli ve ani ölüm gibi komplikasyonların önlenebilmesi için ekokardiyografi aracılığı ile mixomaların erken teşhisi klinisyenler açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu vakada, nefes darlığına neden olan sağ atriyal mixoma sunuldu.
