Abstract
Bu tez çalısması, Aksaray Bölgesinde bulunan yerüstü ve yeraltı su kaynaklarının 2007 yılı Ekim ayı ile 2008 yılı Subat, Nisan, Haziran ve Ağustos aylarındaki sulama suyu kalitesinin (pH, EC, NO3 -, majör anyon – katyon, B, ağır metaller, Fekal koliform, TOK, SAR, RSC ve Ç?) belirlenmesi, etkin sulama açısından değerlendirilmesi ve sulama dönemine ait bölge sulama suyu kalite indeksinin olusturulması amacı ile yapılmıstır. Arastırma sonuçlarına göre, genel olarak yerüstü su kaynaklarının (C2S1) yeraltı su kaynaklarının (C2S1 – C3S1) sulama suyu kalite özelliği gösterdiği belirlenmistir. NO3 - açısından yerüstü su kaynaklarının I. sınıf yeraltı su kaynaklarının I. ve II. sınıf su kalitesi özellik gösterdiği, analizi yapılan diğer parametreler yönünden ise (pH, majör anyon – katyon, B, Fekal koliform, TOK, ağır metaller, SAR, RSC ) tüm yerüstü ve yeraltı su kaynaklarının I. sınıf su kalite özelliği gösterdiği saptanmıstır. Çökelme indeksi değerlerinin genel olarak sulama suyu kalitesine uygun olmadığı tespit edilmistir. Sulama dönemine ait sulama suyu kalite indeksine göre yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, yerüstü su kaynaklarının orta ve yüksek kalite sulama suyu, yeraltı su kaynaklarının ise Tuz gölü yayılım alanı boyunca düsük kalite sulama suyu genel olarak orta kalite sulama suyu özellik gösterdiği belirlenmistir. Ayrıca sulama suyu kalite parametrelerinden sadece RSC değerleri mevsimsel değisimlerden etkilenmis (P<0,05), diğer parametreler ise mevsimsel değisimlerden etkilenmemislerdir.
This study was conducted in October (in 2007) and in February, April, June and August (in 2008) in Aksaray province in order to determine the quality of irrigation waters (pH, EC, NO3 -, major anion-cation, B, heavy metals, fecal coliform, TOC, SAR, RSC and PI) and to assess them in terms of efficient irrigation. It was also aimed to establish regional irrigation water quality index belonging to the irrigation period. According to the results, the surface waters (C2S1) and ground waters (C2S1 – C3S1) had irrigation water quality. While surface waters had 1st class water quality, the ground waters had 1st and 2nd water quality in terms of NO3 - content. All the surface and ground waters had 1st water quality in terms of other parameters (pH, major anion – cation, B, Fecal coliform, TOC, heavy metals, SAR, RSC ). Precipitation index values were generally found unsuitable for irrigation water quality. According to the evaluation in terms of irrigation water index belonging to irrigation period, surface waters had medium and high quality irrigation water quality. Ground waters had medium irrigation water quality except those found along the Salt Lake which had low irrigation water quality. Furthermore, only RSC values were affected (P<0,05) by seasonal variations among all the parameters.
