dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada muhasebe meslek mensuplarının mesleki bağımsızlık algıları ile meslek odalarından memnuniyet düzeylerinin mesleki açıdan kendilerine duydukları saygı üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda değişkenlerin ölçümü için geliştirilen ölçeklerden oluşan anket Ankara ve İstanbul illerini kapsayan 175 meslek mensubuna uygulanarak veri toplanmış ve SPSS yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular meslek odalarından memnuniyet ile ücret bağımsızlığı, mesleki esneklik ve müşteri rotasyonu alt değişkenlerinden oluşan mesleki bağımsızlık algılarının, meslek mensuplarının kendilerine saygı algıları üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkilerinin olduğunu göstermektedir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it was aimed to investigate the effects of the perception of independence of accounting profession members and the satisfaction level of occupational chambers on their self-esteem. In this context, the questionnaire consisting of scales developed for the measurement of variables was applied to 175 professions covering Ankara and Istanbul provinces and data were collected and analysed with the help of SPSS. Findings from the study show that satisfaction level of occupational chambers and professional independence of sub-variables such as wage independence, professional flexibility and customer rotation have positive and significant effects on the perceived self-esteem of members of the profession.
