dc.description.abstractKentsel alanlar günümüz koşullarına ve zamana göre değişen, yaşayan mekanlardır. Kentsel ortamlarda meydana gelen değişiklikler, öncelikle kentlerin sahip oldukları doğal, kültürel kaynaklarına yansımakta, bu durum da kent halkının fiziksel, psikolojik, sosyal yaşam şeklini yönlendirmektedir. Yaşanabilir kentsel ortamların oluşturulması ve sürdürülebilirliğinin sağlanması, tüm kentlerin ortak bileşenleri olan fiziksel ve doğal bileşenlerinin planlı bir şekilde tasarlanması ile mümkündür. Fiziksel bileşenler olan yapılar ve yollar arasında, bağlayıcı bir denge elemanı olan yeşil alanlar, çeşitli araştırmalara konu olmuş; korunmaları, geliştirilmeleri yönünde stratejiler üretilmiştir. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında yeşil alanlar üzerine yapılan ulusal ve uluslararası çalışmalar araştırılmış ve sentezlenerek tüm kent tipleri için yeşil alan planlamasında kullanılacak bir yeşil alan sistem modeli geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen model çalışma alanı olan Tekirdağ Süleymanpaşa ilçesi imar planı sınırına uyarlanmıştır. Model aşamaları kapsamında araştırma alanının sahip olduğu sosyoekonomik ve çevresel yapı unsurları ortaya konulmuş, kentsel gelişimi ve tipolojisi izlenerek yapısal ve doğal elemanların yeşil alan planlamada nasıl değerlendirileceği adım adım ele alınmıştır. Çevresel faktörler kapsamında getirilen öneriler, sosyoekonomik analiz sonucu elde edilen veriler ile bütünleştirilerek çalışma alanı için uygulanabilecek nitelikte yeşil sistem önerileri getirilmiştir. Kentsel yapılaşma alanının ancak %22'si yeşil alan olan çalışma alanı, geliştirilen öneriler ile beraber model kapsamında önerilen %40 yeşil alan standardını yakalamıştır. Bu şekilde geliştirilen ve çalışma alanına uyarlanan modelin, farklı kent tiplerine de uyarlanabilecek bir örnek teşkil ettiği düşünülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractUrban areas are living spaces that change according to today's conditions and time. Changes that occur in urban environments are primarily reflected in the natural and cultural resources of cities, and this situation directs the physical, psychological and social life style of the urban people. Creating liveable urban environments and ensuring their sustainability is possible by planning the physical and natural components which are common of all cities. Green areas which are a binding balance element among the physical components of buildings and roads have been the subject of various studies and developed strategies to protect and develop them. Within the context of this thesis, national and international studies on green areas have been researched and synthesized and a green space system model has been developed to be used in green space planning for all city types. The developed model is applied at the border of the development plan of Tekirdağ Süleymanpaşa district, which is the study area. Within the scope of the model phases, the socioeconomic and environmental structure elements of the study area were revealed, and how to evaluate the structural and natural elements in green area planning was discussed step by step by following the urban development and typology. By integrating the suggestions made within the scope of environmental factors with the data obtained as a result of the socioeconomic analysis, green system suggestions were made for the study area. The study area, which has only 22% green area of the urban development area, has achieved the 40% green area standard recommended within the scope of the model with the developed suggestions. The model developed in this way and adapted to the study area is considered to be an example that can be adapted to different city types.
