| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, humik asit içeriği yüksek Leonardit'in mineral azotlu gübre desteği ile mısır bitkisinin (Zea mays L.) azot alımı üzerine etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma 5x4 faktoriyel düzenlemede tam şansa bağlı deneme desenine göre; 1 bitki (mısır), 5 leonardit dozu (L), (0, 50, 100, 150, 200 kg/da), 4 azot dozu (0, 5, 10, 15 N/da, (%33 N içeren amonyum nitrat gübresi) uygulanmış ve 2 tekerrür olmak üzere tekstürü farklı iki toprakta (40+40) toplam 80 saksıda yürütülmüştür. Bitkiler 85 günlük büyüme periyodu sonucunda hasat edilerek bitkide makro ve mikro element analizleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre 200 kg/da leonardit dozu ve mineral azot gübre uygulamasının verim paremetrelerinde önemli düzeyde artışa neden olmuştur. Buna göre leonardit ile birlikte mineral azotlu gübre uygulamaları sonucunda bitki boyunda en yüksek artış 100 kg L/da-15 kg N/da, bitki çapı en yüksek artışlar leonardit 200 kg L/da-15 kg N/da uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Bitkideki azot miktarındaki artış ise, leonarditin 200 kg L/da-15 kg N/da uygulamasında görülmüştür. Bu artışlar hiçbir uygulamanın olmadığı kontrol uygulamasına göre kıyaslandığında; bitki boyu, bitki çapı ve bitkideki azot miktarı sırasıyla yaklaşık %57, %30 ve %64 oranlarında bir artışa neden olduğu belirlenmiştir. Leonardit uygulaması ile birlikte diğer makro ve mikro besin elementlerinin içeriğinde genel olarak bir artış saptanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of nitrogen uptaking of maize, (Zea maysL.) with mineral of Leonardit containing high amount of humic acid with the help ofnitrogenous fertilizer. The pattern of this study is the order of5x4 factorial with trial related to complete chance; one plant (corn), 5 doze of Leonardit (L)(0, 50, 100, 150, 200 kg/da), four doze of nitrogen (0, 5, 10, 15 N/da) (with %33 nitrogen containing ammonium nitrate fertilizer). The experiment was performed in twice with different texture of soil (40+40) totally 80 pot. The plant is harvested at the end of the period of 85 days, the macro and micro analysis of element is done. According to obtained results, it is caused the significant increase in yield parameter the application ofthe doze of 200kg/da leonardit and mineral nitrogen fertilizer. The highest increase in Length of plant was obtained with100 kg L/da-15 kg N/da, the highest of diameter of plant is obtained with200 kg L/da-15 kg N/da. Also, the increase of nitrogen in plant is seen in the application of 200 kg L/da-15 kg N/da. The comparison of this increment with uncontrolled practice, it can be concluded that the length, diameter and nitrogen amount of plant was respectively increased in %57, %30 and %64. | |
