| dc.description.abstract | Şehir merkezlerinde yoğunlaşan insan nüfusu, beraberinde hayat standartlarında bazı değişiklikleri de getirmiştir. Hızlı yaşam temposu ile alternatif gıdalara olan ilginin artması sonucunda yüksek enerji ve besin değerine sahip kabuklu kuru meyvelere olan ilgi de artmıştır. Dolayısı ile ülke ekonomilerine büyük katkısı olan tarımsal faaliyetlerden biri olan kabuklu meyve yetiştiriciliği bu alanda ilgileri üzerine çekmiştir. Dolayısıyla yapılan bu çalışmanın asıl amacı insan beslenmesinde büyük öneme sahip olan ve dış pazar imkanının oldukça fazla olduğu cevizin; Türkiye’deki üretimi, ithalatı, ihracatı ve ülke ekonomisine yaptığı katkıların analiz edilip üretiminde karşılaşılan sorunların çözümüne yönelik önerilerin sunulmasıdır | |
