| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı yalın performans değerlendirmesini her sektörün uygulayabileceği şekilde bir model haline getirerek işletmelerin kendi analizlerini yapabilmesine olanak sağlamak ve genel çerçeveyi en kapsamlı şekilde ifade edecek modeli oluşturmaktır. Çalışmanın sonunda elde edilecek yalınlık endeksi işletmenin mevcut durumda yalın üretim felsefesine ne kadar uygun çalıştığını belirleyecek olup, ulaşılmak istenen hedef değer ile mevcut durum arasındaki farkı gösterecektir. Teze konu olan değerlendirmede beş farklı yalınlık ölçümü faktörü kullanılmış olup bu faktörlerin kendi aralarındaki önem seviyelerini belirlemek amacıyla bulanık AHP yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Tezin amacı, Türkiye’deki küçük, orta, büyük ölçekteki her sektörden işletmenin uygulayabileceği, bireysel olarak mevcut durum haritasını çizebilecekleri bir yalınlık değerlendirme modeli oluşturmaktır. İşletmelerden bilgilerin alınması için anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup, otomotiv, dayanıklı tüketim ürünleri ve elektrik elektronik sektörlerinde hizmet gösteren üç işletmeye uygulanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to make lean performance evaluation as a model that can be applied by every sector and to enable enterprises to make their own analyzes and to create the model that will express the general framework in the most comprehensive way. The leanness index that will be obtained at the end of the study will determine how the enterprise works in accordance with the lean production philosophy and will show the difference between the target value and the current situation. Five different leanness measurement factors were used in the evaluation in the subject and fuzzy AHP method was applied to determine the significance levels among these factors. The aim of the thesis in Turkey small, medium and large scale businesses from all sectors can apply to create an assessment model of leanness as an individual can draw the map of the current situation. The survey method was used to obtain the information from the enterprises and it was applied to three businesses serving in the automotive, durable consumer goods and electrical electronics sectors. | |
