Özet
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinde Atatürk Dönemi, 1923-1938 dönemini ifade etmektedir. Bu dönemde, Kurtuluş Savaşı’ndan sonra Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün önderliğinde güçlü Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin temelleri atılmaya başlanmıştır. Ekonomik ve sosyal yapının sağlam kurumsal temellere dayanması için çok sayıda politika hayata geçirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ekonomi politikalarının başlıca alt başlıkları, para politikası ve maliye politikası uygulamalarıdır. Sosyal politikaların alt başlıkları ise eğitim, sağlık kent ve kırsal politikalarının uygulanmasıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Atatürk döneminde söz konusu politika uygulamalarının performansının değerlendirilmesidir.
In the history of the Republic of Turkey, the Atatürk Period refers to the period 1923-1938. The Republic of Turkey was founded notably during this period, aftermath of the Turkish War of Independence, under the leadership of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Numerous policies have been implemented in order to base economic and social structure on strong institutional foundations. The main subheadings of economic policies are monetary policy and fiscal policy practices. Subheadings of social policies are education, healthcare system, urban and rural policies. The aim of this study is to investigate the policy implementations in Atatürk period.
