Özet
20. yüzyılın başlarında yaşanmış olan I. Dünya Savaşının insanlar üzerinde bıraktığı derin travmaların izlerine rağmen hayatın her alanda yaşanılan yenilik, değişim ve gelişimler topluma yansımıştır. Şehirleşme ve sanayileşmenin hızla ilerlemesi toplumda iz bırakan bir başka etkendir. Toplumun bir parçası olan sanatçılar ise bu yeni ortamda çalışma hayatlarını sürdürdükçe hassas bir duyarlılıkla eserlerinde hissettiklerini yansıtmışlardır. Böylece XX. yüzyılın ilk yarısında birçok sanat akımı ile birlikte etkenliğini yıllarca sürdüren sürrealizm akımı ortaya çıkmıştır. Paris gibi Batı Avrupa'nın sanat merkezlerinde sanatçılar yaratıcılıklarını sınırsızca kullanarak eserler vermişlerdir. Ancak şehirde yaşamalarına rağmen doğadan kopmadıklarını gösterip oluşturdukları eserlerde peyzaj tasvir etmişlerdir. "Resim Sanatında Sürrealizm Akımının Etkisinde Peyzaj" isimli bu çalışmada, sürrealizm akımının oluşum sürecine ve doğa konulu çalışmalar yapmış sanatçıları araştırıp onları etkileyen faktörlere değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde sürrealizm akımının çıkış nedenleri, kaynakları ve öncülük etmiş sanatçıları, ilke ve nitelikleri sunulduktan sonra ilerleyen bölümlerde, Sigmund Freud'un rüya ve bilinçaltı kuramından etkilenen sanatçılar ve çalışmalarına bu olguları nasıl yansıttıkları örneklerle açıklanmıştır. Böylece bilinçaltının derinliklerini keşfeden sanatçılardan bazıları, doğadaki nesnelere yönelerek, bunları zihin süzgecinden geçirerek resimlerine nasıl yansıttıkları gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca sürrealist sanatçıların eserlerini araştırılarak inceleyip analiz ettikten sonra sonuç olarak sürrealizm akımı ve manzara arasındaki etkileşimi açıklamıştır.
Despite the traces of the deep traumas left on people by the First World War, which took place at the beginning of the 20thcentury the innovations, changes and developments occurred in all extents of life were reflected in the society. The rapid progress of urbanization and industrialization was another factor that has left a trace in society. Artists, who are a part of the society, while continuing their working lives in this new environment, reflected what they felt with a delicate touch in their works. Thus, at the first half of the 20th century, many art movements have been born, including surrealism which has lasted for years. In the art centers of Western Europe such as Paris, artists have created many works by using their creativity without any limits. On the other hand, despite the fact that they are living in the cities, to prove that they are still related with nature they have depicted landscape on their art. In this work named ''Landscape under the Effect of Surrealism Movement in Painting" the formation process of the surrealism movement and the research of the artists who have worked on nature and the factors affecting them are mentioned. The first part presents the emerging reasons, sources, leading artists, principles and qualifications of the surrealism movement. After this presentation the following sections contains artists who have affected by Sigmund Freud's dream and subconscious theory and how they reflect this in their work is explained with examples. Thus, it has been shown how some of the artists who have discovered the depths of subconscious, turned to the objects in nature and reflected them on their paintings by passing them through the mind filter. Also, after researching analyzing the works of surrealist artists, the interaction between the surrealism movement and the landscape has been explained.
