| dc.description.abstract | Bir süre Osmanlı Devletine başkentlik yapmış olan Bursa kenti vakıflar konusunda büyük bir öneme sahiptir. İslam medeniyeti ile birlikte Müslümanların sosyal hayatında yer edinen vakıflar, gerek İslamiyet açısından gerekse Osmanlı Devleti dönemi içerisinde önemli bir yer edinmiştir. Vakıf sistemi: eğitim, sağlık, ticaret ve din gibi ihtiyaçların yerine getirilebilmesi için birçok alanda hizmet yerleri kurmuştur. Bu çalışmada Bursa Mahkeme Sicilleri incelenmiş olup, böylelikle vakıflar ve vakıf kuran kişilerin kimler olduğu, vakfedilen mülklerin çeşidinin neler olduğu ve bu vakıfların hizmet alanlarına göre ayrılarak gruplandırılmıştır. Tüm bu araştırmalar bizlere: o dönem Bursa halkının sosyal yaşantısını, şehrin ekonomik anlamdaki durumunu aynı zamanda kişilerin kendi arasında kurmuş oldukları ilişkileri, devlet- birey arasında kurulan ilişkileri de tek tek göstermektedir. Böylelikle hayatın her alanına giren vakıflar bizlere, Osmanlı Devletinin bir "Vakıf Medeniyeti" olduğunu göstermektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | A period Bursa city, which had served as the capital Ottoman Empire, holds an important place regarding endowments. Endowments, which hold an important position in the social life of Muslims along with Islamic civilization, have gained a significant place both in terms of Islam and during the period of the Ottoman Empire. The endowment system: established service places in many areas to fulfill needs such as education, health, trade, and religion. In this study, Bursa Court Records have been examined, thus foundations and those who established them, the variety of endowed properties, and these foundations' service areas have been grouped according to. All these researches show us: the social life of Bursa people at that time, the city's economic situation, as well as the relations established among individuals and between the state and individuals. Thus, foundations entering every aspect of life show us that the Ottoman Empire was a "Foundation Civilization." | |
