| dc.description.abstract | İntihar, biyolojik, genetik, psikolojik, sosyal, kültürel ve çevresel faktörlerin kompleks bir etkileşimi sonucu meydana gelen, önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunudur. İntihar girişiminde bulunan bireylerin bakımında görev alan sağlık profesyonelleri arasında, hemşirenin aktif ve önemli bir rolü vardır. Hemşire, her türlü intihar düşünce ve girişimini ciddiye almalı ve ipuçlarını değerlendirmelidir. Bu hastalara yaklaşımda empati kurabilmek, anlayışlı ve objektif davranmak, umut ve güven vermek son derece önemlidir. Bu makalenin amacı, hemşirelerin intihar riski bulunan bireyleri tanıması, gereksinimlerini belirlemesi ve uygun bakımı sağlamasına katkıda bulunmaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Suicide which occurs because of a complex interaction of suicide, biological, genetic, psycological, social, cultural, and environmental factors is an important public health problem. Among health profosseional people who have a duty which is caring for people who have an attempt to suicide, nurse has an important and active role. Nurse must take seriously every kind of suicide thought and attempt and assess the clues. While approaching to patients, to be able to empathy with the patients, to treat them sensitively and objective, to inspire confidence and give hope to them are extremely important.The goal of this article is to contribute nurses to cognize individuals who have suicide risk, determine their needs, provide suitable care for them. | |
