Özet
Bu çalısmada Trakya Yöresinde üretilen bazı tarım makinelerinin sac kaynakları ele alınmıstır. Endüstride yaygın olarak kullanılmakta olan MIG/MAG kaynak yöntemi ile yapılan sac kaynaklarının ileri-geri egme metoduyla yorulma ömürleri saptanmıstır. ki büyük isletmede sürdürülen arastırmalarda toplam 11 kaynak operatörünün kaynaklı test parçalarından elde edilen test örnekleri incelenmistir. Arastırmalarda 3mm kalınlıgında St37–2 malzemelerin, MIG/MAG kaynak yöntemi ile SG2 kaynak elektrodu kullanılarak yapılan kaynaklı test örneklerinin yorulma ömürlerine etkiyen faktörler; gaz karısımı, kaynakçı operatörünün deneyimi, kaliteli malzeme kullanım istekleri öne çıkmıstır. A-Firmasının test örneklerinin yorulma ömürleri, ortalama:56.17 (egme/test örnegi) bulunurken, B-Firmasında ortalama 17.88 (egme/test örnegi) bulunmustur. Ayrıca test plakalarının gözle kontrollerinde B-Firmasının kaynaklarında yetersiz kaynak, yanma olukları ve sıçrantılar gözlenmistir. Arastırmaların sonucuna, kullanılan malzeme, yöntem aynı olması nedeniyle en büyük etkiyi kaynakçı operatörlerinin tecrübe ve yetenekleri belirlemistir.
In this study some agricultural machines’ plate welds produced on Trakya Region havebeen researched. Plates were welded by MIG/MAG welding method, which is commonly used in many ındustries and determined of their fatique strengths by bending test. Research was verified in two wide factories and total 11 welders’ test plates were examined. In this study, steel plates (St 37-2) in 3 mm thickness were welded by Mig/Mag welding method. In the present study, SG2 electrodes were used to join the materials. In the experiment, test plates’ fatique strengths were firstly affected by gas mixture, experience of welders and request of good quality equipments. It was found out that Firm A’s test plates’ fatiques strengths average was 56.17 (Bending test cycle), Firm B’s average was 17.88 (Bending test cycle). Meanwhile in the visual control of test plates, Firms B weldings had lack of penetration, undercut end spatters. The results of the studies were determined by experience end ability of welders because in the experiment, welders used the same materials end method.
