Özet
Gıda güvenliği politikasının temel amacı, gıda endüstrisinde insan sağlığının yüksek düzeyde korunmasını sağlamaktır. Avrupa Birliği, gıda güvenliği ile ilgili Beyaz Kitap'ta belirtilen ilkeleri temel kabul etmekte ve gıda zincirinin tüm sektörlerini kapsayan tarladan sofraya entegre bir yaklaşım uygulamaktadır. Bugüne kadar, yeni AB gıda mevzuatı büyük ölçüde şekillendirilmiş ve üye devletlerle uyumlu hale getirilmiştir. Türkiye AB uyum sürecinde gıda politikalarını yeniden düzenlemiş ve gıda mevzuatı konusunda hızlı değişimler göstermiştir. Bu çalışmada, AB'nin ve Türkiye'nin gıda mevzuatı değişimleri, mevcut durumları ve AB ile Türkiye arasında uyum kapsamında gerçekleşen ilerlemeler hakkında bilgi sunulmaktadır. Çalışmada gıda güvenliğiyle ilgili mevzuatlar ve literatür yer almakadır.
The main purpose of the food safety policy is to ensure a high level of protection of human health in the food industry. The European Union accepts the principles stated in the White Paper on food safety as the basis and implements an integrated approach from field to table covering all sectors of the food chain. To date, new EU food legislation has been largely shaped and harmonized with member states. Turkey has rearranged its food policies in the EU harmonization process and has shown rapid changes in food legislation. In this study, information about the EU's and Turkey's food legislation changes, current situations and the progress achieved in the scope of harmonization between the EU and Turkey is presented. Regulations and literature on food safety are included in the study.
