Özet
Belli bir bölgenin ekonomik ve sosyo-kültürel yapısının değiştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi olarak tanımlanan bölgesel kalkınma, ülke kalkınmasına göre daha karmaşık bir ilişkiler ağının içermektedir. Bölgesel kalkınma için bölgenin master planının çıkarılması, önceliklerin ve üstünlük sağlayabilecek yönlerin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Trakya bölgesi konumu itibariyle lojistik açısından uygun potansiyeller sunmaktadır. Özellikle deniz, kara ve havayolu ulaşımı açısından oldukça uygun bir konuma sahiptir. Bu olanaklar bölgenin sosyo-ekonomik gelişimi açısından önemli katkı sağlayabilecektir. Bu çalışmada lojistik sektörünün Trakya bölgesi açısından önemi ve sorunlar ele alınıp değerlendirilmiştir.
The regional development, which is defined as changing and improving the economic and socio-cultural structures of a given region, comprises complex relation network according to the development level of the state. For regional development, it is a must to prepare the master and determine priorities and strenghts that can provide opportunities for the region. The region of Thrace provides logistic great opportunities because of its geographical position. Particularly, from the respect of air, sea and land transportations, it has quite suitable location. These advantages can contribute the development of the region. In this study, the importance and problems of the logistic sector in the region have been analyzed.
