Lâmi'î Çelebi'nin Şevâhidü'n-Nübüvve Tercümesi'ne İlâveleri ve Moton Kalesi Fetih-Nâmesi

Abstract

Şevâhidü'n-nübüvve, Molla Abdurrahmân-ı Câmî tarafından H. 885 / M. 1480 senesinde yazılmış, Hz. Peygamber'in nübüvvetinin delillerini anlatan Farsça bir eserdir. Kitap birkaç kez dilimize tercüme edilmiş olup bunların en meşhur ve en çok nüshaya sahip olanı Lâmi'î Çelebi'ye aittir. Lâmi'î Çelebi, Şevâhidü'n-nübüvve'yi H. 915 / M. 1510 yılında Türkçeye çevirmiştir. Lâmi'î'nin bu çevirisi, Molla Câmî'nin kitabının neredeyse kelime kelime tercümesi şeklindedir. Bununla birlikte Lâmi'î, çevirisine bazı ilâvelerde de bulunmuştur. Söz konusu ilâveler eseri, telif bir eser hüviyetine getirecek seviyede olmasa da önemli boyutlardadır. Mütercim, kitabın baş kısmına önce bir giriş bölümü eklemiş, daha sonra asıl konunun işlendiği yerlerde konuyu destekleyici mahiyetteki benzer örnekleri, rivayetleri, ayet ve hadisleri de ilâve ederek çevirisini tamamlamıştır. İşte Lâmi'î Çelebi tarafından tercüme esnasında yapılan bu eklemeler, bu çalışmanın esasını oluşturmaktadır. Bilhassa II. Bâyezîd zamanında, bizzat Lâmi'î'nin de katıldığı bir seferle gerçekleşen Moton Kalesi'nin fethi, fethin aşamaları ve bu süreçte yaşananlar Lâmi'î Çelebi tarafından manzum bir tarihle birlikte esere alınmıştır. Bu kısım, Moton Kalesi'nin fethiyle ilgili bir fetih-nâme olması hasebiyle ayrı bir önem arz eder. Bu çalışmada öncelikle Lâmi'î Çelebi tarafından Şevâhidü'n-nübüvve'ye yapılan ilâveler genel olarak değerlendirilecektir. Bu eklemeler, özelliklerine göre sınıflandırılacak, bunların işlev ve mahiyetleri hakkında bilgi verilecektir. Ardından Moton Kalesi Fetihnâmesi'nin tenkitli metni verilerek çalışma sonlandırılacaktır

Shawahid al-nubuwwah, is a book telling about the evidence of Prophet Muhammad’s prophethood written by Mullah Abdurrahman-ı Jami in the year 885 Hijri (1480 A.D.). This book had been transleted into Turkish several times and the most famous and most common of these translations is the one translated by Lâmi‘î Çelebi. Its translation date is the year 915 Hijri (1510 A.D.). His translation is a word by word translation of Mullah Jami’s book. However, he made some additions to his translation. These additions have a considerable effect almost amounting to a new compiled book. Translator accomplished his book by adding an introductory part in to the heading of the book, similar examples, Quranic verses, hadiths and rumors into the main body of the book supporting the theme of the book. These additions made by Lâmi‘î Çelebi in this translation is the main theme of this study. Especially the conquest of Methoni Castle, phases of this conquest and other events during this conquest in the reign of Bâyezîd II are narrated in verse and added into the book. This part is particularly important especially because of its being a fetih-nâme regarding the conquest of Methoni castle. In this paper, first of all we generally try to evaluate the additions made into Shawahid al-nubuwwah by Lâmi‘î Çelebi. These additions will be classified according to characteristics and given information about functions and contents. Then we completed the study by giving the full text of the critical edition of Fath-name of Methoni Castle
