Takım elbise üretiminde ütü departmanı süreçlerinin ve çalışan performansının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Konfeksiyon işletmesinin verimliğini belirlemede kullanılan yöntemlerin birçoğu yüksek maliyet, zaman ve emek gerektirmesi nedeniyle uygulama güçlükleri yaşanmaktadır. İş örneklemesi, herhangi bir firmanın mevcut verimliliğini görmek ve gerekli sonuçları en kısa zamanda almak için kolayca uygulanılabilen en ucuz yöntemlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada da ceket ütü bandının üretim süreçleri incelenmiş ve çalışanların performans değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. İşletmede verimli faaliyetleri düzeyini belirlemek ve verimsiz faaliyetleri en aza indirilmesini sağlamak için; çalışanların faaliyetleri iş örneklemesi yöntemiyle ölçülmüştür. Elde edilen değerlerin istatistiksel kontrolleri yapılmıştır ve verimsiz faaliyetlerin nedenleri belirtilmiştir.

As most of the methods are used for productivity determination in apparel industry require high costs, time and effort, various difficulties are experienced in practice. Work sampling is one of the cheapest, easily implemented method, in order to observe the any firm's efficiency and to get the required results in a short notice. In this study, the production process of ironing department is examined and operator performances are evaluated. In order to determine the level of efficient activities and to minimize the inefficient ones, operators' activities are measured by using work sampling method. The obtained values are statistically controlled and reasons of inefficient activities are stated.
