Van ilinde lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin beslenme alışkanlıkları üzerine cinsiyetlerinin etkisi

Abstract

Van ilinde eğitim gören lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin beslenme alışkanlıkları üzerine cinsiyetlerinin etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılan bu araştırma, 5 farklı dershanede bir anket çalışması olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma Van ili dershanelerinde tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. 500 öğrenci cinsiyet dikkate alınarak 5 farklı dershanede belirlenmiştir. Bu öğrencilere vücut ağırlığı, boy ölçümleri, vücut kitle endeksini içeren bir anket formu uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 14.0 istatistik paket programında değerlendirilmiştir. Bu araştırmada aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, alt-üst değerler, sayı ve yüzde dağılımları kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel önem saptamada ise Khi-Kare testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya alınan 329 erkek %65, 171 kız %35 toplam 500 öğrencinin yaş ortalaması (17.6 ± 1.69) yılları arasındadır. Öğrencilerin annelerinin %23’ü okur yazar olmadığı ve %77’si ev hanımı iken babalarının %13’ünün okur yazar olmayan ve %20’si işsiz olarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin %53’ü öğün saatlerinin düzenli olduğunu belirtirken %47’si ise öğün saatlerinin düzenli olmadığını belirtmektedir. Öğrencilerin süt tüketim sıklığı ile meyve ve sebze grubu besinleri tüketim sıklığı yeterli değildir. Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma ile lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin beslenme alışkanlıklarında yetersizlik olduğu, bu durumun etkin, sürekli verilecek beslenme eğitimi ile düzelebileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This research, which was performed in order to determine the nutritional habits of the high school gender’s effect on last class students’ educating in Van proince was realized on 500 high school in last class students in different 5 schoolroom, as a guestionnare study. This research was performed on questionnaire study. This study was designed as a cross-sectional method in the schools rooms of VAN. Five hundred students were detected in the five schoolrooms take into consideration gender. These students were applied to a questionnaire form containing questions about the weight, height, body mass index (BMİ). The data gathered were evaluated using statistical package programme 14.0 (SPSS 14.0). This study was used arithmetic mean, standard deviation, below and above values, the number and percent distributions. The khi-square (x²) test was used indetermining the statistical importance. Mean age of 500 students in total, 329 boys (65%) and 171 girls (35%), who are enrolled to the study is 17.6±1.69 years. While 23% of mothes were illiterate and %77 of them were house wife, 13% of fathers were illiterate and 20% of them were unemployed. While 53% of those students were realizedon mealtime regulary, 47% of them were realized on mealtime irregularly. The freguency of consumption of milk and the freguency of consumption of nutriments in the fruite and vegetable group among student is under the necessary level. By means of this research performed, the results that the deficiencies in the nutritional habits of high school in last class students can be overcome with active and constant nutritional education were reached.
