Bazı çeltik çeşit ve hatlarında anter kültürü yapma olanakları

Abstract

Yirmi altı çeltik genotipinin 5 farklı besi ortamında anter kültürü olanaklarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılan bu araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular, çeltik genotiplerinin anter kültürüne yanıtlarının farklı olduğunu, kullanılan İndika tipi çeltik genotiplerinin anter kültürüne Japonika tipinden daha iyi yanıt verdiklerini göstermiştir. Çeltik genotiplerinin anter kültürüne yanıtlarının kullanılan besi ortamına göre değişebileceği, genotiplerin en iyi yanıt verdikleri besi ortamlarının ?B5- NAA+2,4 D sıvı? ve ?N6 - NAA+2,4 D sıvı? ortamları olduğu bulunmuştur. İki besi ortamının ortak paydalarından çeltikte anter kültürü için besi ortamında NAA+2,4 D sıvı komponentlerinin önemli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

This study was conducted to determine the anther culture possibility of twenty six rice genotypes in 5 different media. The resaults of the research showed that the responces of rice genotypes to anther culture was different, and Indica type rice genotipes gave better responces to anther culture than Japonica types. It found that, according to the medium used, the responces of variaties may be changed and the rice genotipes gave the best responces to the liquid ?B5- NAA+2,4-D? and the liquid ?N6 - NAA+2,4-D? media. The liquid NAA+2,4-D component is common for the both media. Therefore it can be concluded that the liqued NAA+2,4-D component is of great importance for rice anther culture.
