İnce daneli zeminlerin jet grout tekniği ile zemin iyileştirmesinin yapılabilirliğinin optimizasyonu

Abstract

Gelişen nüfus ve artan yapılaşma ihtiyacı sebebi ile sağlam, yeterli taşıma kapasitesinde ve uygun mekanik özelliklerde zemin bulabilmek İnşaat Mühendisliği'nin en önemli unsurlarından biri haline gelmiştir. Bu sebeple inşaat yapılacak zeminlerin iyileştirmesi gereksinimi ortaya çıkmıştır. İnşaat Mühendisleri oluşan bu gereksinim sonucunda çeşitli zemin iyileştirme metotları geliştirilmişlerdir. Jet grout zemin iyileştirme metodu hem ülkemizde hem de dünyada yaygın olarak kullanılan bir derin zemin iyileştirme metodudur. Bu metot kısaca; jet grout delgi makinesinin tijler yardımı ile zemini delerek, tijlerde bulunan nozuller vasıtası ile zemin içerisine grout harcı enjekte etmesi ve grout harcı ile birleşen zeminin özelliklerinin iyileşmesidir. Bu çalışma kapsamında jet grout imalatı, kullanım alanları, jet grout türleri ve jet grout zemin iyileştirme metoduyla ilgili literatür araştırmalarının yanı sıra uygulanabilirliği, üretim sürecinin maliyet ve adam x saat verileri ortaya konulmuştur. Bu tez çalışmasına ilişkin çalışmalarım 2 aşamadan oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak Afyonkarahisar ilinde yapılan konut projesine ait zemin ıslahı ile imalat öncesi ve sonrası zemin değerlerinin karşılaştırılması ve maliyet analizinin yapılması.İkinci aşamadaise Afyonkarahisar ilinde yapılmış olan jet grout projesinin kazık taşıma kapasitesi sabit bırakılarak, kazık çapı, kazık boyu ve uygulanan jet grout yöntemi değiştirilerekyapılacak olan jet kolon imalatının optimum değerleri hesaplanmıştır.

In today's world excessive increase in world population and necessity of constructing new structures makeground improvement menthods widespreadly important for all Civil Engineers. Because of these reasons improving the properties of ground for construction becomes an obligation. Civil Engineers invented many ground improving techniques in last decades.Jet grout ground improving method widespreadly used in out country and in the world. Briefly jet grout method is apllied to the ground by lowering the tijs which are connected to the jet grout drilling machine. By the help of the tijs and nozzle on the tijs high pressure cement grout send to the ground level where the improvement will be carried out. Tijs are pulled upward with a constant speed to form the jet grout column. In the scope of this MSC.study, jet grout ground improvement technique will be explained with; usage area, types of jet grouting, literature review of jet grouting and applicability titles. In addition to these titles, jet grout technique will be compared withanother ground improving method bored pile in costwise, person/hour values and feasibility. Method and materials composed of 2 parts which are; First of all, comparing the ground improvement of the housing project in Afyonkarahisar and the ground values before and after the production, time analysis and cost analysis. Secondly,at the Afyonkarahisar project time and cost analysis for different diameter, pile length and jet grout type for constant pile bearing capacity.
