Tekirdağ ilinde satışa sunulan kuru incirlerde aflatoksin varlığı

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Tekirdağ ilinde satışa sunulan toplamda 45 kuru incir örneğindeki aflatoksin miktarları HPLC yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Örneklerin sadece 4'ünde tespit edilebilir düzeyde aflatoksin belirlenmiş olup, diğer örneklerde tespit edilebilir düzeyde aflatoksin bulunmamıştır. İncelenen örneklerden dördünde, toplam 7,38 ppb, 2,90 ppb, 1,49 ppb ve 0,50 ppb düzeylerinde aflatoksin bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. Tespit edilen bu değerler, ilgili Tebliğ'de incir için belirlenmiş olan Maksimum Aflatoksin Seviyesini aşmamaktadır.

In this research, the aflatoxin content of 45 dried fig samples which were sold Tekirdağ Region were determined by HPLC method. Aflatoxins were determined only in the 4 of the samples. It was concluded that the other fig samples did not contain aflatoxins in the detectable levels. In these samples total aflatoxins were determined to be in the levels of 7,38 ppb, 2,90 ppb, 1,49 ppb and 0,50 ppb. The detected aflatoxin levels in the samples do not exceed the legal limits.
