İstanbul ili Anadolu yakasındaki soğuk hava depo işletmelerinin mevcut durumu ve yapısal özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma İstanbul İli Anadolu Yakasında yer alan soğuk hava depo işletmelerinin mevcut durumlarının tespit edilmesi ve yapısal özelliklerini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma bölgede ilk yapılacak olması nedeniyle önem taşımaktadır. İstanbul İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü verilerine göre İstanbul İli Anadolu Yakasında beş ilçede aktif durumda olan ve araştırma için izin verilen 12 adet soğuk hava deposu araştırma materyali olarak seçilmiştir. Bu işletmelerin kapasiteleri incelendiğinde 100 ton ile 5000 ton arasında değişiklik gösterdiği kayıt altına alınmıştır. Çoğunlukla hayvansal kökenli gıda maddelerinin depolandığı tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin proje yerinin seçim niteliğine bakıldığında; %58?inin ulaşıma yakın olmasından dolayı tercih edilmiştir. İşletmelerde kullanılan soğutma sistemlere bakıldığında, %75?lik oranla büyük çoğunluğunun amonyak gazlı soğutma sistemini tercih ettiği belirlenmiştir. Soğuk hava depolarında konvansiyonel betonarme taşıyıcı sistemin kullanımı %66,2 oranla birinci sırada gelmektedir. İşletmelerin %59?unda duvar yapı malzemesi olarak PU panel ve briket birlikte kullanılırken, %83,4?ünde duvar yalıtım malzemesi olarak sandviç panel, %50?sinde çatı örtü malzemesi olarak EPS ve PU köpük ve %50?sinde taban yalıtım malzemesi olarak EPS ilk sırada gelmiştir. TS 9048 standardına göre yaptığımız değerlendirme sonucunda; insan sağlığı ile ilgili herhangi bir olumsuz depolama yapan işletme ile karşılaşılmamıştır

This research has been made in order to determine the current state of cold storage depost located in Istanbul Anatolia and to reveal their structural characteristics. The importance of the research derives form the fact that this is the first research made in particular region. Twelve cold storage depots were chosen as research materials from among the ones which, according to the data obtained from “Istanbul Provincial Directorate Of Agriculture and Forestry”, are actively used, located in 5 districs of Istanbul Anatolia and permitted to be used this research. When the capacity of these facilities show an alternation between 100 and 500 tones. Moreover, it is determined that mostly, food products of animal origin are stored in these facilities. When the selection criteria of the Project locations of these bussinesses areexamined, it is seen that 58% of them chosen because of their proximity to transportation. When the cooling systems used in these facilinties are viewed, it is seen that in 75% of the facilities, cooling system with ammonnia gas are preferred. The use of “Conventional Reinforced Concrete” carrier system comes first with 66,2%. While in 59% of bussinesses, “PU Panel and Briquette” are used together as wall buildingmaterials; in 83,4% of them, the use of “Sandwich Panel” as wall insulation material; in 50% of them, the use of “EPS and PU Foam” as roof covering material, in 50% of them, the use of EPS as base insulation material are on the first rank. As a result of the evaluation made according to TS 9048 standard, anystorage facility which does not comply with human health is not comply with human health is not encountered.
