Asma anacı çeliklerinde kök oluşum yoğunluğu yerlerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 2017 yılı Tekirdağ Bağcılık ve Araştırma Enstitüsü’nden temin edilen SO4, 5BB, Lot ve 8B asma anacı çelikleri kullanılmış olup deneme bu Enstitüde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın başlıca kapsamı, çeliklerde oluşan kökleri, çeliğin hangi kısmında, yani hangi boğum veya boğum aralarında hangi yoğunlukta oluştuğunu belirlemek ve buna göre dikim derinliği saptamaktır. 3 Mart/2017’de alınan çelikler hazırlanan derin kum sandıklarına 15 cm SA ve SÜ mesafe ile dikilmiştir. Yaprak dökümünde (15/11/2017) sandıklardan köklü çelikler çıkarılıp sayım ve ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Aynı anacın çeliklerinde değişik boğumlardan farklı yönden çıkan kökler arasında bir farklılık olacağı kabul edildiği için istatiksel analiz yapılmamış, sadece tekerrürlerin toplam aritmetik ortalama değerleri dikkate alınarak sonuçlar açıklanmıştır.

In this study, SO4, 5BB, Lot and 8B vine rootstocks obtained from Tekirdağ Viticulture and Research Institute were used in 2017 and this trial was carried out in this institute.The main aim the study is to determine the roots of the cuttings, in which part of the cutting, i.e. the density of which nodes are formed, and to determine the planting depth accordingly. Cuttings collected on 3 March / 2017 were planted in deep sand boxes prepared with between cuttings and between rows distance. In the falling of sheets (15/11/2017), the rooted cuttings were removed from the crates and counted and measured. Since it is accepted that there will be a difference between the roots of different rootstocks in the rootstocks of the same rootstock, no statistical analysis has been made and the results have been explained only by taking into account the total arithmetic mean values of the replications
