Trakya bölgesinde tarım sorunlarının üreticiler tarafından değerlendirilmesi: Keşan örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Trakya bölgesindeki tarım sorunlarının, Edirne ili Keşan ilçesinde tarımsal üretim yapan üreticilerce değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. İlçede, seçilen 23 köyden beşer üretici olmak üzere toplamda 115 katılımcı üzerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler neticesinde üreticilerin sosyo-demografik özellikleri açıklanmış olup bunların tarımsal faaliyetleri üzerine etkilerini incelemek üzere sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Üreticilerin büyük çoğunluğu (%82) ile tarımsal desteklemelerden faydalandıklarını ve ( Likert Ölçek Analizi’ne göre 5 üzerinden 3,57 ortalama) tarımsal desteklemelerin girdi (mazot, gübre, tohum vb) bazında verilmesini uygun bulmuştur. Üreticilerin %31’i tarımsal danışmanlık hizmetinden yararlanırken yaklaşık %33’ü üretim girdilerini özel bayilerden temin etmektedir. Bitkisel üretimde yaşanan sorunlar değerlendirildiğinde yüksek girdi maliyeti (4,79) ve yetiştirdikleri ürünlerin düşük fiyatlı satış koşulları (4.7) en önemli sorunlar olarak belirtilmiştir. Hayvansal üretimde ise en önemli sorunun hayvan hastalıkları (4,73) olduğu belirtilmiştir. Üreticilerden tarımın olağan durumu ve geleceği hakkında düşünceleri istendiğinde (4,73) tarım dışı alanlarda kullanılan mazot fiyatları ile kıyaslama yapıldığında tarımda kullanılan mazot fiyatları ve vergilerine yönelik indirim uygulanması gerektiği yanıtları alınmıştır.

This study of the agricultural problem in Thrace, was built in Edirne Kesan district for evaluation by the producers engaged in agricultural production. In animal production, the biggest problem, regarding to the Likert Scale Analysis the average is 4.73 of 5, it is stated that animal disease. The default state of agriculture from them manufacturer and when prompted thoughts about the future, regarding to the Likert Scale Analysis the average is 4.73 of 5, in comparison with diesel prices used in non-agricultural areas should be a discount for fuel pricesused in agriculture and tax answers were received.
