Bursa'da pazardan alınan limonlarda bazı insektisit kalıntılarının saptanması üzerine araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu çalısmada 2007 yılı Eylül ayından baslayarak 2008 yılı Subat ayı da dahil olmak üzere 6 aylık sürede Bursa ilinde Pazar ve marketlerden alınan 36 adet limon örneginde organik klorlu, organik fosforlu, sentetik piretriot ve diger gruplara dahil 100 adet insektisitin kalıntısı incelenmistir. Örneklerin ekstraksiyon islemi Quechers çoklu kalıntı analiz yöntemi ile yapılmıs ve gaz kromatografisinde ECD, NPD, FPD dedektörler ile analiz edilmislerdir. Tespit edilen pestisit kalıntıları gaz kromatografisi kütle spektrometresi ile dogrulanmıstır. Analize alınan 30 örnekte (% 83) çesitli pestisit kalıntıları tespit edilmis, 6 örnekte ise incelenen pestisitlerin kalıntısına rastlanmamıstır. ncelemeye alınan örneklerden 8 adedinde (%22) maksimum kalıntı limitlerini asan miktarlarda pestisit kalıntılarına rastlanmıstır. Yapılan analizlerde 8 farklı insektisitin kalıntısı tespit edilmistir. Bunlar chlorpyrifosethyl, buprofezin, carbofuran, methidathion, bromopropylate, parathion-methyl, cypermethrin ve dicofol olmustur. Bu pestisitlerden buprofezin, bromopropylate ve dicofol dısındakiler ülkemizde turunçgillerde tavsiye edilen pestisitler arasında bulunmamaktadır. ncelemeye alınan örneklerin 25 tanesinde chlorpyrifos-ethyl kalıntısı tespit edilmis, bunlardan 5’ inde tespit edilen kalıntılar maksimum kalıntı limitinin % 4 ile % 32 arasında degisen oranlarda üzerinde olmustur. Bununla birlikte 3 örnekte turunçgillerde herhangi bir kalıntı limiti bulunmayan parathion-methyl kalıntısı tespit edilmistir. Ayrıca 1 örnekte maksimum kalıntı limiti üzerinde buprofezin kalıntısı tespit edilmistir. Örneklerde tespit edilen diger pestisitlerin kalıntıları maksimum limitlerin altında olmustur.

In this study, 36 lemon samples bought from market places and stores in Bursa were investigated to determine 100 active substances of insecticide which are belong to the groups of organochlorine, organophosphorus, synthetic pyrethroid and other pesticides during the period of six months from September 2007 to February 2008 including. The samples were extracted by Quechers multi residue method and analyzed by gas chromatograps with ECD, NPD and FPD. In addition, Pesticide residues detected were confirmed by Gas Chormatography Mass Spectrometry. In 30 samples (83%), various Pesticide residues were detected, while residues investigated were not found in the other 6 samples. Pesticide residues were detected at the levels exceeding maximum residue limits (MRL) in 8 samples (22%). 8 different insecticide residues were found in analyses performed. These were chlorpyirifos-ethyl, buprofezin, carbofuran, methidathion, bromopropylate, parathion-methyl, cypermethrin and dicofol. The pesticides except buprofezin, bromopropylate and dicofol are not included in the suggested pesticides for citrus fruits in our country. In 25 samples investigated, residues of chlorpyrifos-ethyl were detected, five of which had residues exceeding the MRL values in proportions which were from 4 % to 32 %. Also, 3 samples had residues at parathion-methyl which no established MRL for citrus fruits.The residue of buprofezin was detected above the MRL in one sample. The other pesticide residues detected in the samples were below the MRLs.
