KURTULUŞ SAVAŞI ROMANLARINDA MEKÂNINI ARAYAN AYDIN

Abstract

Kurtuluş Savaşı romanları arasından karakteristik birkaçını ele alan makale, eserlerde mekanını arayan aydın tipolojisine vurgu yapmaktadır. İstanbul’un işgali ile birlikte mekanını yitiren, yaşam alanından mahrum kalan, bu nedenle Anadolu göçüne mecbur kalan aydına kurtuluş çabalarını örgütlemekten başka seçenek kalmamıştır. Bu görevinde yaşayacağı başlıca zorluk yeni mekanında hakim olan kültüre yabancı kalmasıdır. 19. Yüzyıl entelijansiyasının üstlendiği dünyayı değiştirmek, halkı aydınlatmak misyonuna vatanı kurtarmayı da eklemlemek zorunda kalan Türk aydını halk ile ortak çalışma koşullarını arama uğraşına girecektir. Bu çaba kendisi ile birlikte içinde bulunduğu toplumu da yok olmaktan kurtaracaktır.

The article, which deals with a few characteristic of the novels of the War of Independence, emphasizes intellectual typology that searches for works in the works. With the occupation of Istanbul, there was no other option than to organize the efforts of the liberation of the people who lost their place, deprived of their living space and thus forced to migrate to Anatolia. The main challenge for this task is to remain a cultural stranger in the new space. The Turkish intellectual, who has to add the nationality to change the world in which the 19th century intelligence takes place and to enlighten the people, will enter into the search for common working conditions with the public. This effort will save the society that he is in with him from extinction.
