Kışlık ve yazlık ekimin aspir (Carthamus tinctorius L.) bitkisinin verimi ve bitkisel özelliklerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırma 2006-2007 yıllarında Namık Kemal Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü deneme alanında yürütülmüştür. On dört aspir çeşit ve hatları iki farklı ekim zamanında ekilerek, yazlık ve kışlık ekimin verim ve bitkisel özelliklerine etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 'tesadüf blokları bölünmüş parseller' deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak kurulmuştur. Araştırmada çiçeklenme gün sayısı, olgunlaşma gün sayısı, bitki boyu, ilk dal yüksekliği, dal sayısı, tabla adedi, tablada tohum adedi, BTA, verim, yağ oranı ve yağ verimi gibi karakterler incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; her iki ekimde en erken çiçeklenme Dinçer (228- 95 gün) çeşidinde, en geç çiçeklenme Yenice (242.7-105.0 gün) çeşidinde belirlenmiştir. Kışlık ekimde en uzun bitki boyu 207.5 cm ile Yenice çeşidine, en kısa bitki boyu 55.2 cm ile yazlık ekilen Montola 2000 çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. GW 9305 çeşidinde en yüksek dal sayısı 18.27 adet kışlık ekim uygulamasında elde edilirken, yazlık ekimde dal sayısı Montola 2000 çeşidinde 7.0 adet ile en düşük değer elde edilmiştir. PI 306924 hattında en yüksek tabla adeti 27.3 adet olarak kışlık ekim uygulamasında, en düşük tabla adeti yazlık ekimde 11.4 adet ile Montola 2000 çeşidinde belirlenmiştir. Tablada tohum adeti en yüksek kışlık ekilen Finch çeşidinde (38.0 adet) elde edilirken, yazlık ekimde Montola 2000 çeşidinde (23.4 adet) en düşük değer saptanmıştır. En yüksek BTA yazlık ekim uygulamasında GW 9003 çeşidinde 45.4 gr, en düşük BTA yazlık ekilen Kazakistan Populasyonu çeşidinde 36.7 gr olarak hesaplanmıştır. En yüksek tane verimi kışlık ekimde Dinçer çeşidinde 356.983 kg/da, en düşük tane verimi 104.567 kg/da ile yazlık ekilen Yenice çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. Yağ verimi en yüksek kışlık ekilen Dinçer çeşidinde 103.78 kg/da ile belirlenirken, en düşük yağ verimi 26.46 kg/da ile yazlık ekilen Yenice çeşidinden elde edilmiştir. En yüksek ham yağ oranı kışlık ekimde Montola 2000 çeşidinde % 36.9 en düşük ham yağ oranı % 25.3 ile yazlık ekilen Yenice çeşidinde saptanmıştır.

This research was conducted at Applying Research Field, Faculty of Agriculture University of Namık Kemal in 2006-2007. Fourteen safflower cultivars were used as seed material. Two different sowing date effect of winter and spring sowing on yield and plant traits were applied in this research. The research was conducted using a randomized complete block, split plot design with three replicates. In the study, flowering days number, maturity days number, plant height, first branch height, branch number, head numbers, the number of seeds per head, 1000 seed weight, yield, oil content and oil yield were investigated. According to the results of this research; Dinçer variety was the earliest flowering days number (228-95 days), Yenice variety was the delay flowering days number (242.7-105.0 days). Yenice has showed the tallest values in winter sowing 207.5 cm for plant height, Montola 2000 has showed the smallest values in spring sowing 55.2 cm for plant height. GW 9305 has showed the highest values in winter sowing 18.27 for number of branch per plant, Montola 2000 has showed the lowest in spring sowing 7.0 for number of branch per plant. PI 306924 has showed the highest values in winter sowing 27.3 for number of head numbers per plant, Montola 2000 has showed the lowest in spring sowing 11.4 for number of head per plant. Finch has showed the highest values in winter sowing 38.0 for number seed of table per plant, Montola 2000 has showed the lowest values in spring sowing 23.4 for number seed of table per plant. GW 9003 has showed the highest values in spring sowing 45.4 gr for 1000 seed weight, Kazakhstan Population has showed the lowest values in spring values 36.7 gr for 1000 seed weight. Dinçer has showed the hightest values in winter sowing 356.983 kg/da for yield, Yenice has showed the lowest values in spring sowing 104.567 kg/da for yield.
