Susuz seryum sülfat [Ce(SO4)] ile oksimlerin deoksimasyonu

Abstract

İnsanlar tarafından tüketilen antibiyotikler, çeşitli yollarla önce atıksu arıtma tesislerine buradan da alıcı ortamlara ya da direkt olarak çevreye verilmektedir. Bu durum da çevreyi ve sucul ortamların dengesini bozmaktadır. Yapılan bu çalışmada öncelikli olarak atıksularda bulunan beş antibiyotik kalıntılarının tespiti ve arıtılması için literatür araştırılarak uygun metot ve arıtma yöntemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ülkemizde bu konuya yönelik çalışmalar henüz çok az olduğundan; iki adet büyük ölçekli evsel atıksu arıtma tesislerinden giriş ve çıkışından numuneler alınarak antibiyotik kalıntılarının konsantrasyonları belirlenmiş ve mevcut arıtma tesislerinin antibiyotik giderim verimleri değerlendirilmiştir

Human use antiotics originate in wastewater treatment plants as both parent compound and biometobilite froms which than end in receiving environments due to the insuffient treatment. Thus, antibiotics contribute to disruption of the balance in the aquatic environments. Since studies on this subject in our country are very few yet, this thesis aims to monitor some important and common human use antibiotics in two large urban wastewater treatment plants located in Istanbul. The related scientific literature is surveyed for the detection and treatment of antibiotic residues in wastewater. The concentrations o five antibiotic residues were determined on the samples collected from the inflow and outflow of the Paşaköy ve Ambarlı Advanced Biological Treatment Plants. Antibiotic removal efficiencies of existing treatment plants were evaluated.
