GİRİŞİMCİLİK VE GİRİŞİMCİ İŞ FİKRİ GELİŞTİRME: MESLEK YÜKSEKOKULU ÖĞRENCİLERİNE YÖNELİK BİR ALAN ARAŞTIRMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin girişimcilik özelliklerinin belirlenmesini sağlamak ve iş geliştirme fikirlerini tespit etmektir. 21. yüzyılda ülkelerin ekonomik olarak gelişmelerinde ve kalkınmalarında rol oynayan en önemli faktör sahip oldukları girişimci insan kaynağıdır. Girişimci insan kaynağı ülke ekonomilerini pozitif yönde dönüştüren, istihdamı arttıran ve işsizliği de azaltan itici bir güç niteliğindedir. O nedenle girişimci insan kaynağının olmadığı ülkelerde ekonomik gelişmeden ve kalkınmadan bahsetmek pek de olası değildir. Önemli olan beşeri sermayenin girişimci bir özelliğe sahip olarak yetiştirilmesi, eğitim ve öğretim programlarının bu amaç doğrultusunda yeniden yapılandırılmasıdır. Dolayısıyla girişimcilik yeteneğinin arttırılması ile eğitim arasında doğrusal bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada girişimcilik dersini ön lisans düzeyinde alan meslek yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin iş geliştirme eğilimleri uygulanan anket yoluyla ölçülmüştür. Ayrıca çalışmada öğrencilerin iş geliştirme fikirleriyle ilgili bazı çıkarsamalarda bulunulmuştur.

The objective of the study is to reveal the entrepreneurship oriented peculiarities of the students and to assess their work development ideas. In the 21th century, the most important factor in the economic development of the countries is the entrepreneur oriented human resource. Entrepreneurship is a driving force which transforms the countries’ economy in a positive way, which enhances employment and decreases unemployment. For that reason it seems that it is impossible to talk about economic development in such kind of countries that do not possess human resources who are entrepreneurs. Growing the human capital in line with the paradigms of entrepreneurship and reshaping the education programs within the framework of this objective. To put in another way, there should be parallelism between an increase on the ability of entrepreneurship and education as well. In this study, through questionnaire conducted, the perceptions and attitudes of vocational school students towards entrepreneurship who take that course and their entrepreneurship capabilities was assessed. At the same time, there are some deductions concerning the work development ideas of the students.
