Bölgesel girişimcilik ekosistemi

Abstract

Trakya bölgesinde geleneksel tarımsal üretim faaliyetleri sürdürülürken; sanayide yaşanan gelişmelere bağlı olarak hizmet sektöründe de çok hızlı gelişmeler yaşanmaktadır. Bölgenin sosyo-ekonomik gelişmesi eğitimli ve geniş vizyona sahip nitelikli girişimlerin ortaya çıkmasıyla mümkün olacaktır. Bu nedenle bölge üniversitelerinden seçilecek genç girişimci adaylarının küresel ölçekte rekabeti hedefleyen eğitim modelleriyle eğitilmesi, inovatif girişimcilerin ortaya çıkması ve bölgenin geleceği açısından çok önemlidir. Bu nedenle Trakya bölgesinde bulunan Edirne, Tekirdağ ve Kırklareli illerinde girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi için Trakya Kalkınma Ajansı, İŞKUR ve KOSGEB tarafından yapılan girişimcilik eğitimleri analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Girişimcilik ekosistemi açısından SWOT analizi yapılarak Trakya bölgesi değerlendirilmiştir. Yoksulluğun kümelendiği bölgelerde geleneksel girişimciler desteklenerek toplumun ihtiyaç duyduğu alanlarda mal ve hizmet üretimi konusunda ekonomik hareketlilik ve dinamizm kazanması sağlanabilir. Burada unutulmaması gereken en önemli konu ortama yeni giren başarılı her bir girişimcinin yaratacağı çarpan etkisinin göz ardı edilmemesidir. Bölgesel girişimcilik ekosistemi incelenirken dikkat edilmesi gereken konu stratejik yatırımların ihtiyaç duyduğu alanlarda piyasaya girecek girişimcilerin teşvik edilmesidir. Bu sektörlerde faaliyet göstermeye istekli girişimci adayları; küresel ölçekte yenilikçi ve rekabetçi yaklaşımları dikkate alan eğitim programlarından faydalandırılmalıdır. Trakya bölgesi İstanbul ve Avrupa ülkelerine yakınlığı ve gelişmiş altyapısı ve yetişmiş işgücü ile genç girişimciler için fırsatlarla dolu bir bölgedir. Özellikle geleneksel ve inovatif girişimciliğin bölgede gelişebilmesi için fırsatların analizi yapılmıştır.

While traditional agricultural production activities are being carried out in Thrace region, fast developments are taking place in the service sector in line with the developments experienced in the industry sector. The socio-economic development of the region will be possible with the emergence of qualified and broad-minded initiatives on entrepreneurship. For this reason, the training of young entrepreneur candidates to be selected from regional universities through training models aiming at competition on a global scale is crucial for the sake of the emergence of innovative entrepreneurs and the future of the region. Consequently, entrepreneurship trainings implemented by Trakya Development Agency, İŞKUR and KOSGEB were analyzed and evaluated for the development of entrepreneurship in the provinces of Edirne, Tekirdağ and Kırklareli in Trakya region. SWOT analysis has been conducted in terms of entrepreneurship ecosystem and thereby the region was evaluated. Economic mobility and dynamism in the production of goods and services in areas where the society is in need can be acquired by supporting traditional entrepreneurs in regions where poverty is clustered. The most significant point that should not be forgotten here is not to ignore the multiplier effect of each successful entrepreneur who has newly entered into the environment. When analyzing the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem, it is important to encourage entrepreneurs to enter the market in areas where strategic investments are required. Entrepreneur candidates desiring to operate in those sectors should be benefited from the training programs that take into account innovative and competitive approaches on a global scale. Trakya is a region bearing full of opportunities for young entrepreneurs with its proximity to İstanbul and EU countries and its developed infrastructure and trained labor force. In particular, the analysis of those opportunities for the enrichment of traditional and innovative entrepreneurship in the region has been made.
