Vermikompost ve diğer bazı organik gübrelerin farklı dış mekân süs bitkilerinin gelişimine etkisinin araştırılması

Abstract

Sera ortamında tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre yerleştirilen, 350 g ve 500 g’lık saksılarda yürütülen bu çalışmada; toprak ortamında vermikompost, çöp kompostu, inek ve koyun gübreleri % 0 (kontrol), %5, %10, %25, %50 miktarlarda uygulanmış ve belirtilen dozdaki gübre materyallerinin menekşe (Viola spp.), çuha (Primula Spp.), sıklamen (Cyclamen L.) türü dış mekân süs bitkilerindeki gelişimine etkisinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Genel olarak bitki besin elementlerinin alınabilirliği açısından koyun gübresinin ön plana çıkmış olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Koyun gübresinin akabinde çöp kompostunun da Mg, K, Zn alımında etkili rol oynadığı izlenmiştir. Uygulama düzeylerine bakıldığında ise en etkili sonuçların %62 oranında %0 gübre uygulaması olduğu gözlenmekle birlikte; Mg elementinin alımında ise %50 oranında gübre uygulaması etkili olmuştur. Bitki çeşitleri bakımından değerlendirme yapıldığında ise göze çarpan bitkiler %50 oranında menekşe ve çuha bitkileridir. Sıklamen bitkisinin ise farklı gübre ve uygulama dozlarından etkilenmemiş olduğu saptanmıştır.

In the random test pattern according to the greenhouse environment placed in the pots (350 g and 500 g) vermicompost, compost garbage, cow and sheep manure, % 5, % 10 , % 25, % 50 amounts and control performings whıch ıncludes no manure (% 0) were performed,and effects on the development of the specified dose of manure materials cylamen (Cyclamen L.), violet (Viola spp.), primrose cloth (Primula Spp.) outdoor ornamental plant species were compared. Generally, affordability in terms of plant nutrients, sheep manure was found to be prominently. Following the sheep manure,garbage compost was obversed to play a role in the effective Mg, K, Zn uptake.Although looking at the application level, the most effective results (% 62 rate) of applying no manure (% 0) , uptaking Mg, in the pots that %50 rates manure performings has been so effective. The assesment is made in terms of plant varieties, violet and primrose plants are conspicuous plants. The cyclamen plant was found to be unaffected by fertilization and application dose.
