UYGULAMALI GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİTİMİ KATILIMCILARININ GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİLİMLERİ: TRAKYA ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Dünya’da birçok ekonomi girişimciliğin ve girişimcilerin üretim ve istihdama olan katkısını fark etmiş durumdadır. Türkiye için de girişimcilik ve girişimciler ekonominin gelişmesi ve işsizliğin önüne geçilmesi için oldukça önem taşımaktadır. Ülkemizde girişimcilik kültürünün yaygınlaşması için birçok çalışma yapılmaktadır. Bu kültürün oluşmasına yardım eden unsurların başında Uygulamalı Girişimcilik Eğitimleri gelmektedir. Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletmeleri Geliştirme ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı (KOSGEB) ve işbirliği yaptığı kuruluşlar Uygulamalı Girişimcilik Eğitimlerini ülke genelinde yaygın eğitim şeklinde yaymaktadır. Araştırmada Trakya bölgesinde bu eğitimlere katılan bireylerin girişimcilik eğilimleri ölçülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada 238 kişilik katılımcı gurubuna demografik özellikleri ve Rathus Atılganlık Envanterini içeren bir anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların yüksek girişimcilik eğilimine sahip olduğu görülmüştür.

Many economies in the world are aware of the contribution of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs to the production and employment. Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs are of great importance for Turkey for the development of the economy and in order to avoid unemployment. Many studies are conducted in Turkey in order for the prevalence of the entrepreneurship culture in our country. One of the factors that help to the creation of this culture is Applied Entrepreneurship Training. Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB) and its partner companies spread out the Applied Entrepreneurship Training in the form of non-formal education throughout the country. The research aims to evaluate the tendencies of the participants from Thrace region towards entrepreneurship. In the research, a survey including the demographic features and the Rathus Assertiveness Scale was applied to a participant group of 238 individuals. The study concludes that program participant have higth tendency of entrepreneurship.
