TÜRKİYEDE KAUÇUK SEKTÖRÜ VE SORUNLARI

Abstract

Kauçuk, 20. yüzyılda dünya genelinde en çok kullanılan endüstri maddelerinden biri olmuştur. Bir tür doğal lif olan kauçuk için “çok yönlü” bir madde de denebilir. Kauçuk geniş bir alanda kullanılmaktadır. Otomotiv sektöründe; araçların lastiklerinde, hidrolik fren hortumlarında, silecek lastiklerinde, amortisörlerde, uçak lastiklerinde, beyaz eşya sektöründe; çeşitli hortumların üretiminde ve sızdızmazlıklarında, inşaat sektöründe; ısı yalıtım ürünlerinde hatta spor ürünlerinde dahi kullanılmaktadır. Kauçuk, dünya genelinde en çok %42 oranında lastik ve iç lastik üretiminde tüketilmektedir. Bunu mekanik malzemeler, anti-vibrasyon ürünleri, hortum ve kayışlar, sızdırmazlık conta ve keçeleri izlemektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında kauçuğun üretimi, tarihi, kullanım alanları incelenmiştir. Türkiye?de ve Dünya?da kauçuk sektörü detayları ile izlenmiş olup, önemli kauçuk firmaları ile görüşülmüştür. Çerkezköy OSB içindeki kauçuk firmaları da baz alınarak bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmede kauçuk sektörünün yaşadığı sıkıntılara da değinilmiş olup, en önemlileri üzerinde durulmuştur.

In the 20th century, rubber has been one of the most widely used industrial materials around the world. The rubber which is a kind of natural fiber may also be called versatile substance. Rubber is used in a wide area. In the automotive sector; vehicles? tires, brake fluid hoses, tires, wiper blades, dampers, aircraft tires, at the white goods sector; the production of a variety of hoses and sealing , in the construction industry; thermal insulation products, even at sports products have been used. Rubber, with 42% being consumed in the production of tires and inner tubes around the world. This is followed with mechanical equipment, anti-vibration products, hose and belts, sealing gaskets and seals. In this thesis study, the production of rubber, history ,usage areas were examined. Rubber industry both in Turkey and in the world were observed with the details, major rubber companies were interviewed. The assessment was made on the basis of the rubber companies which are located in Çerkezköy Organization Industrial Zone. The assessment made is touched upon difficulties in the rubber sector and focused on the most important ones.
