Din Öğretiminde Özel Gereksinimli Öğrenciler İçin Uyarlamalar

Abstract

Pek çok DKAB öğretmeni, kaynaştırma uygulamalarında özelgereksinimliöğrencilerle(ÖGÖ)birlikteeğitimfaaliyetlerindebulunmaktadır. Bu yüzden bu öğretmenlerin ÖGÖ’lerin özelliklerinibilmesi ve onlarla ders işlerken ne tür uyarlamalar yapılabileceğihakkında fikir sahibi olması önem arz etmektedir. İlgili literatürtarandığında söz konusu öğretmenlerin kaynaştırma uygulamalarında netür uyarlamalar yapabileceklerine dair, onlara doğrudan rehberlikedebilecek bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. İşte bu çalışmada esasen buboşluk doldurulmaya ve DKAB öğretmenlerinin ÖGÖ’ler için ne türuyarlamalar yapabilecekleri konusuna açıklık getirilmeye çalışılmıştır.Makalede her gereksinim grubu için ayrı başlıklar altında sıralananuyarlamalar daha çok özel eğitim ve kaynaştırma uygulamalarıyla ilgiliİngilizce ve Türkçe literatür taranarak ortaya konmuştur. Özellikle dekaynaştırma uygulamalarıyla ilgili nitel ve nicel alan araştırmalarınınverilerinden faydalanılmıştır.İki bölümden oluşan makalenin girişinde din eğitiminin önemi,öğretmenlerin eğitim-öğretimdeki rolleri, kaynaştırma uygulamalarınınseyri hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiş ve ÖGÖ’lerin tasnifi yapılmıştır.Birinci bölümde özel gereksinimli öğrencilerin özelliklerinden, altgruplarından, gereksinimlerinden ve genel nüfus içerisindeki yerlerindenbahsedilmiştir. Makalenin esas kaleme alınma gerekçesini teşkil edenikinci bölüm ise ÖGÖ’lerin gereksinim türlerine göre yapılabilecekuyarlamaların tespitini ve yorumlanmasını ihtiva etmektedir. Makaleninsonuç kısmında ÖGÖ’lere yönelik din eğitimiyle ilgili uyarlamalardakimevcut durum ve olması gerekenler hakkında kısa bir değerlendirmeyapılmıştır.

Most of the Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge (RCMK) course instructors include students with special needs in their educational activities during inclusive practices. Therefore, it is important for these instructors to know the characteristics of these students and to have an idea about how to adjust with them during the classes. When the related literature was scanned, no guiding study was encountered in this respect regarding what kinds of adjustments these teachers could make during their inclusive practices. The current study basically makes an effort to bridge this gap and to elaborate on the subject of the possible adjustments that can be made by RCMK instructors for the students with special needs. The adjustments categorized under different sections for each special needs group in the paper are obtained through scanning the English and Turkish literature regarding special education and inclusive practices. Especially the qualitative and quantitative data of the field research related to the inclusive practices were used. In the introduction of the article which consists of two main parts, the importance of religious education, the role of teachers in education and the course of the inclusive practices are briefly mentioned and the students with special needs are categorized. In the first part, the article elaborates on the characteristics, sub-groups and the needs of students with special needs and their place among the general population. The second part, which constitutes the reason of its purpose, contains the identification and the interpretation of the adjustments that can be made in accordance with the types of the needs that the students with special needs have. The article concludes with a short analysis of the current situation and its shortcomings regarding the adjustments with respect to the religious education of students with special needs.
