Tekirdağ’ da ihraç kayıtlı satış kdv iade uygulamasına yönelik memnuniyetin ölçülmesi

Abstract

Dünya üzerinde yaşayan toplulukların kültürleri birbirinden farklılık göstermektedir. Bu farklılıklar geçmişte ve günümüzde özellikle siyasi ve ekonomik savaşlara veya ticarete yol açmıştır. Artık küreselleşme ile bu farklılıklar yerini benzerliklere bırakmaktadır. Bu sebeple ticaretin gelişmesi ülkeler arasındaki ticareti engelleyen durumlarında ortadan kalkmasına olanak vermektedir. Ülkelerin birbirlerini tanıma, birbirlerinden etkilenmesi sonucunda aralarındaki ticaretin gelişmesi ticaret yapan ülkeler, firmalar, insanlar içinde bir başarıyı ifade etmektedir.Ülkeler arasındaki bu ticaret aynı malları üretebilen ülkeler için de rekabeti körükleyen bir durum oluşturmaktadır. Bu durum rekabet edilebilirliğin geliştirilebilmesinin de yolunu açmıştır.Ülkeler arasındaki ticari rekabette önemli unsurlardan biri de vergi istisnaları ve buna bağlı olarak oluşturulan ihracattan doğan vergi istisnalarıdır. İhracattan doğan vergi istisnaları, satıcıların daha az vergi ödeyerek dünya ticareti piyasa koşullarına göre yurt dışındaki üreticiler ilerekabet edebilirliklerini artıran çok esaslı bir hamledir.Bu çalışmada; Türkiye'de uygulanan Katma Değer Vergisi ile ilgili genel esasları ve ihracat istisnalarından olan ihraç kayıtlı satış ve iadesi ile ilgilimevzuata dayanan genel durumu açıklamaya çalışılmıştır. Tekirdağ ilinde ihraç kayıtlı satış yapan mükellefler arasında yapılacakolan anket çalışması ile mükelleflerin iade uygulamasına yönelik olarak memnuniyetlerini ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır.

The cultures of communities which live in the world are different from each other. These differences lead to especially economic and political wars or commerce in the past and nowadays. With the globalization these differences give place to the similarities. For this reason the development of the trade provides to eliminate the situations of the hurdles between the countries. The recognition of the countries each other, becoming the development because of the influence of each other states the success for the countries, firms and people. This trade between the countries provides the situation which causes the competition for also thecountries which produce the same goods. This situation gives rise to the development of the competitiveness. One of the important components of the economic competition between the countries is tax exception and the tax exceptions come about because of the export which is formed by it.Tax exceptions which come about the export is a vital attack which increased the competitiveness of the sellers with the producers in the foreign countries according to the market conditions by paying less tax.This study tries to explain the general concepts related with VAT which is performed in Turkey and the regulation of the tax exceptions about export registered, explaining export registered between tax payers in Tekirdağ and with the survey study and tries to show the satisfaction of the return perform of the tax payers.
