Tokatlı Molla Lutfi’nin “Risâle Müte‘Allika Bi Âyeti’l-Hac” İsimli Yazma Eserinde Ele Aldığı Fıkhi Konular Ve Tenkitleri

Abstract

Osmanlı dönemi 15. yy. âlimlerinden Tokatlı Molla Lutfi hac ile ilgili pek çok fıkhi meseleyi içeren “Risâle (Kelimât) müte‘allika bi âyeti’l-hac” isimli eserinde Mu‘tezile âlimlerinden Zemahşerî’nin ağırlıklı olarak dirayet meto-duyla yazdığı tefsiri el-Keşşâf ‘an ha?â’i?i gavâmizi’t-tenzîl ve ‘uyûni’l-e?âvîl fî vücûhi’t-te’vîl’ isimli eserinde Bakara suresinin 196-198. ayetlerine yaptığı tefsiri ve daha çok da bu tefsir üzerine yazılmış şerh ve haşiyeleri tenkit etmiş-tir. Bu çalışmada haccı tamamlama şartı, umrenin vacip olup olmadığı, hadi-sin Kur’an’ı neshi, hacda üç gün orucun tutulma vakti, hacta yapılacak görev-lerin belli aylarda geçerli olduğu, arafat vakfesinin vacip olup olmadığı konu-ları ve bu konularda Molla Lutfi’nin görüşleri ve itirazları ele alınmıştır.

Molla Lutf? of Tokat is one of the fifteenth-century Ottoman scholars. His work “Ris?lah (Kalim?t) Muta'alliqah bi Ayah al- ?ajj” covers many jurispruden-tial issues about al- ?ajj (pilgrimage). In the mentioned work, he criticized the interpretation for the verses 196-198 of surah al Baqarah in the book “al-Kashsh?f 'an Haq?'iq Ghaw?mid al- Tanz?l wa 'Uy?n al-Aq?w?l f? Wuj?h al-Ta'w?l” which is written predominantly in dir?yah method by the Mu’tazil? scholar al-Zamakhshar?, and the commentaries and annotations written on this interpre-tation. This study discusses the conditions of ?ajj, the isssue whether the ?Umrah is wajib or not, abrogation of an ?yah by an hadith, the time for three days fasting during ?ajj, certain times for performing the rituals of ?ajj, the issue whether the waqfa on Arafah is wajib or not, and also Molla Lutfi’s vi-ews and objections on these topics.
